Tried to pick up an app order & had HORRIBLE service! I waited 10 mins to be told they were out of the food I requested (this happens a lot ) and the employee was degrading calling me “boss” anytime I asked a question (ex- “Ok boss”, “sure thing, boss” “Looks like you’re going to wait longer, boss”) , being extremely rude, and 5 cars behind me left due to wait time.. I asked for the manager and he said he was the night shift manager – Jacob .. I’ve made calls to corporate to receive my refund because they couldn’t do it at the store supposedly, I’ve emailed corporate about the employees behavior, and will be trying to find the District / General manager info expeditiously!

I normally have good experiences with KFC, but this time it was *bad*. The fries were all overcooked and seemed to be quite old. One of the biscuits had mold on it, or so it seems. The chicken tasted good, although the tenders and nuggets were *far* smaller than expected. It also took significantly longer than expected for my order, roughly 40 minutes rather than the expected 20-30.

Gave me a raw biscuit in my meal. Tried calling back and they wouldn’t even answer. I continued trying to call and was immediately sent to voice mail back to back. I get it’s just a kfc and trust me… my expectations are low however an uncooked biscuit is kinda wild ya know?? Like bare minimum is cook my food. So needless to say if you can wait fifteen minutes just drive to any other KFC.
