Easily the worst KFC we’ve ever been to. There were no other cars in the drive through and the parking lot was mostly empty yet it took an hour to get our order. Upon arriving at home we found that the lid to the jug of tea hadn’t been screwed on all the way so tea leaked all over the food and the car. Brittany, who identified herself as the manager kept talking over us, argued with us and even yelled at us over it even though it was not our fault and both my wife and myself were extremely polite. I will not be back to this KFC as long as management there is this disrespectful and rude.

The employees were very polite . I did ask for any other piece of chicken besides a thigh and they did give me a thigh. The Mac and cheese had some kind of little specs of something n it. I think it might have been little burnt pieces of cheese but I just picked them out. It tasted really good.

Not only did my mom and I wait an hour for food, but the employees did NOT screw the lid to our tea on properly, so tea leaked all over our food and car. When my dad called to get assistance, the manager was incredibly rude and had a horrible attitude.

This was the worst meal we’ve ever had, we ordered original fried chicken with biscuits, Mac and cheese and biscuits, they gave us crispy almost burnt chicken, the biscuits were stale, Mac and cheese horrible and so was the mashed potatoes and gravy , it’s a shame what we paid for this mess, we thru it in the trash. We’ll never eat here again.

Worst experience I’ve ever had at any fast food restaurant. Went to get my food and I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich box and a mac and cheese bowl. After waiting for forever, we finally got our food and went home. It wasn’t until we got home that we realized my mac and cheese bowl was actually a famous bowl and they had forgotten fries. So we got redressed and drove back to KFC for either the correct item or a refund. Once we got there the lady was extremely rude and said that we had ordered the wrong thing. She then slams the window in our face. Eventually we were able to just get a refund for the bowl and go somewhere else to replace that part of the meal. Once we got home again, we realized they also didn’t get the other part of the order correct but by then they had closed. We returned the next day and the manager said several racist remarks, refused to let us order and then called the police. The officer was just as confused as we were. The day after we tried once more and they claimed we were banned from the property and that our restraint paper was in the mail, yet KFC HQ sent us a voucher, apologized, and doesn’t have our address. I wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone unless you enjoy old, incorrect food made by unwashed, racist white people.
