Ordered a 16 PC tender family meal , the window guy said 16???????? . Got to the window another guy was saying 16!!!!! That’s all we got , other guy said so….sell them. Got home and they were all different colors !!! 10 were white , under cooked and had boil bubbles in the batter. 6 were dark brown, cooked several times , old and hard. I knew I should have pulled off and left. It’s a shame that they think this is acceptable for our community. $52 for absolute trash !!!

I asked for a 12 piece family meal which cause 45 dollars and then the only put legs and thighs in the box with 3 sides when I called because no wings was in the box the manager got nasty with me refused to make it right and kept telling me that the family meal only come with legs and thighs when I know he telling a story this place is one of the worst restaurants in the city of Hampton I only order due to I got hurt and couldn’t cook anything please go else where the disrespect is at its highest at this place

This place is aggressively bad. Service is incredibly slow, order is almost always wrong, and now the owner says no refunds indicating that they know this is an issue but would rather leave customers holding the bag rather than address the issue. My most recent problem with this location was them packing the wrong order, telling me it’s not ready, letting it sit on the counter for 20 minutes, and then handing me cold food. I made the mistake of assuming since they put it in the right container that it would be the correct food, and the place is so sketchy I didn’t want to do more than a cursory check in the bag. Go literally anywhere else except for here, or you will probably have a similar experience.

On August 26th, around 8:15 PM, I visited the KFC drive-thru and had one of the most disappointing customer service experiences I’ve ever encountered. I pulled up to the speaker and politely asked for a two 3-wing biscuit meal. The individual on the speaker, who identified himself as the manager, immediately responded that they “don’t have it.”

Naturally, I wanted clarification. I began to ask what exactly he meant by “we don’t have it” whether it was sold out, discontinued, or simply unavailable at that moment. Before I could even finish my sentence, he abruptly raised his voice and yelled at me. I want to emphasize that I remained calm and respectful during this entire exchange. I did not raise my voice, I did not argue, and I certainly did not deserve the hostility I received.

What troubles me most is that this came directly from someone claiming to be the manager. If a manager cannot handle a simple customer question without resorting to yelling, then something is very wrong. A manager should be setting the standard for professionalism and respect, not displaying behavior that is confrontational and completely unnecessary.

There was absolutely no reason for this interaction to escalate the way it did, especially when I was simply trying to understand the menu availability. Instead of providing clear information, the manager turned what should have been a routine order into an uncomfortable and unprofessional encounter.

This type of conduct should not be tolerated in a customer-facing role much less from someone in a leadership position. I strongly believe this manager needs to be addressed and disciplined by upper management. Allowing this kind of behavior to continue sets a terrible example for the staff and damages KFC’s reputation with loyal customers like myself.

I truly hope KFC takes this complaint seriously. Situations like this can and should be avoided with proper training and accountability. No customer should be treated with disrespect, especially when they are calm and courteous. I walked away from this experience feeling both disrespected and disappointed, and I believe management intervention is absolutely necessary.

All items were there, I was happy (was at 4 stars)

(6 months later)I asked for no quac, NO GUAC on my nachos. And when they brought it to me there was guac… There was guac on my nachos. /Milton – Office Space

But for real Taco Bell… why? This looks like baby poop. It says plain as day… no beans….. no guac.

Ordered three piece bone in original recipe dine in. Waited 10+ minutes and no one called me to the window. Went up there and asked if the to go order on the counter was mine. They said yes. The chicken was so overcooked and greasy that the skin just fell off. No breading either. The meat and fries were fine.

I got my food delivered and trust me not again I ordered two 2pieces meals and coleslaw the dam driver tells me I gave the wrong address for like 5 mins when it was the correct one , finally he hands me my food only to be missing the other meal and on top of that the meal I did get was under cooked and skin to the chicken was dry and to hard

We were asked to pull around from the drive thru to wait for our food. After a few minutes our food was brought out. We checked the bag and some food items were missing, so my husband went in to get the rest of our order. After waiting at the counter, he comes back, and we make sure we have all of the food we ordered and realize we still are missing a meal. My husband goes back in for the 2nd time and asked for a receipt. He was told that he couldn’t get one. He told the employees behind the counter that he had just spent almost $50 and he wanted a receipt, because we got bags of food 3 times, and still did not have it all. There was a really nice girl at the first window that did print a duplicate receipt. We were finally able to get everything we ordered. By the time we were able to eat our food, it was cold. I did really like the dessert, funnel cake fries. They are the bomb, although they weren’t very hot anymore. This store is in desperate need of better employees on the weekends.
