We were asked to pull around from the drive thru to wait for our food. After a few minutes our food was brought out. We checked the bag and some food items were missing, so my husband went in to get the rest of our order. After waiting at the counter, he comes back, and we make sure we have all of the food we ordered and realize we still are missing a meal. My husband goes back in for the 2nd time and asked for a receipt. He was told that he couldn’t get one. He told the employees behind the counter that he had just spent almost $50 and he wanted a receipt, because we got bags of food 3 times, and still did not have it all. There was a really nice girl at the first window that did print a duplicate receipt. We were finally able to get everything we ordered. By the time we were able to eat our food, it was cold. I did really like the dessert, funnel cake fries. They are the bomb, although they weren’t very hot anymore. This store is in desperate need of better employees on the weekends.

Worst one will never go back I asked specifically for my chicken to be made fresh. I went through a back-and-forth debate with the worker I placed my order I was told to wait by the front door they would bring it out I waited for 22 minutes. No one ever brought me my food i know for a fact it takes 16 minutes to drop I went and asked where my chicken was and it was sitting in the warmer. I then proceeded to request for my money back and walked out. I will never go back.

Used the taco bell side. Very friendly service. Food exactly like you like it. And it’s reoccurring. Same good food, every time so far. Management had their employees well trained in customer service. In and out fast, through the drive through.

Only giving 1 star because I wasn’t able to rate 0. The chicken is so greasy, and rubbery. It wasn’t edible. Chewy in many spots. The strangest consistency. The breast had less than 3 good bites of chicken. The tenders were not tenderloins. The “tender” is not tender at all and cost nearly $2 per strip. They are flattened, pounded portions of tenderloin. 10x breading to meat ratio. The biscuits are awful. No need to say much more. They’re firm, no flavor and never fresh. Not soft, not buttery, not fresh, not good. Not even with the greasy chicken between. The mashed potatoes are $5 for a family size. The family size had 5 sporkfuls. A family of three wasn’t satisfied. The Mac n cheese was served cold. Usually I have no complaint there, I know what I’m getting. The mobile app is a joke. The prices are horrible. For $50 you can get a family meal. Our family has not been pleased or full. The portions are small, the chicken mostly inedible. I wish it was still good. I remember really enjoying kfc when I was younger. It was a treat to have. I feel sad tonight that I worked 3 hours to buy dinner for my family who is not satisfied and still hungry. The restaurant was unable to provide receipts this evening so we will not be able to discuss this with management as they will not consider a refund or replacement without proof of purchase. My credit card being charged is not enough proof of purchase. I suggest going to the grocery store where they also serve fresh fried chicked and sides. You’ll get more food and spend a quarter of the price!

no issues with the location, food, or service. I just wanted to let y’all know when you walk in there’s a specific odor. that smell is most likely your grease trap. it smells as though it hasn’t been emptied or cleaned in a while, and what you’re smelling is that, as well as a potential back up/clog of the grease trap. I’ve been knee deep in what comes out of that trap. typically located under the dishwasher/sink area. I know from experience that if that doesn’t get cleaned/emptied nightly like it’s supposed to it will clog & back up & start going through the piping, and will inevitably back up on the sewer system which is likely located under the street of Pembroke. the city will have to dig it up to take care of it, and your establishment will have to foot the bill for that. that’s several tens of thousands of dollars. just trying to look out for y’all.

Usually awesome! I always want extra crispy, and they always offer that from the speaker, but it’s also, usually just what they have on hand. I also always order tacos at the same time and they always give me an abundance of sauce. Don’t order the Crispy CHICKEN taco, unless you only want 3 bites for over $3. The General Crispy Chicken Sandwich for $4 is 4 times the size and way better…..
