First of all, our pizza was slimy and greasy enough to soak a paper towel just by setting it on top. second, i know for a fact they ready my deliver instructions bc they took the tip i said was in the mailbox. apparently they can only ready half though because the next part said “pls don’t knock”. i understand wanting to let me know when the pizza is here but the app also gives me a notification. and an email. normally i wouldn’t be too mad about it but i asked this because my 6 month old was in bed for the night and the knock woke her up. maybe i should’ve specified on why i didn’t want them to knock? even though i don’t feel i should have to. i put a tip in the mailbox and made a place for them to set the food that wasn’t the ground. so just so everyone knows lol, they only listen to delivery instructions when it pertains to money or a tip

Order took almost 2 hours to get here, tried to call and ask for an update and was just told it hasn’t left yet. Pizza got here, barely warm and cut very poorly given they time they had to work on it.

First we had to wait for about 40 minutes for a chicken habanero sandwich & cinnamon bread twists. We get home and the sandwich only had about 4 or 5 small pieces of chicken and they didn’t give us the sweet dipping sauce for the bread twists. Called them and all we got was sorry and you can come back & get the dipping sauce. We don’t live in town. Won’t be going back to Marion Dominoes again. Not the first time something like this has happened. Another customer had gotten 2 pizzas, got to his car & checked it and ended up taking one back in and came out and left. Start checking your order before you leave.

Driver Aiden is never able to find my address even though I have been a repeat customer. He leaves my order at wrong addresses or if it ever even gets to my house it’s super cold. A few weeks ago the driver again never delivered my order. Called store manager, they asked me to give him more time yet he still never showed. Now my other options were closed. So I never got any pizza. Management promised to free pizza and now 2 weeks later still no coupon. Management started “it takes awhile ” ??

The driver was very rude. He demanded my wife to put a tip, he threw the paper on the ground, and then speed off in our driveway throwing gravel with his tires. We will never trust ordering from the Marion dominoes again.
