First off I want to tell you thank you for the cleanliness of your facility. Your manager is one of the most respectful of ever met. I don’t know the gentleman‘s name but he’s 60 years old and you would never know it all I can tell you his service is commitment to people in Law Enforcement, and firefighters is outstanding. The service was excellent. Will definitely be back me and my family please pass this on to your management team. I just learned a gentleman’s name is Mr. Harold. Please let him know how much we appreciate his hospitality and his professionalism, and most of all how courteous he was.

This is the worst KFC I’ve ever had in my life!!! First off they didn’t have any original recipe chicken, so I opted for the crispy, I get to the window the lady literally has my order in her hand and has taken my payment, instead of heading to me so I can drive off she completing an order from the drive thru while the lady right next to her is just standing there. I get my chicken home which is literally 3 minutes away…and it was the dryest chicken tasted as if it was a day old and completely overcooked. I called and ask for a refund and was told I would have to come in tomorrow to talk to one of the managers. I will never eat here again…stay away!!!!

I ordered thru the app. I arrived to locked doors and a line at the drive thru. The wait in line took me to be 10 minutes later then the app told me to pick up. They ran out of what I ordered and asked me to wait another 20 minutes for the next batch. Other locations are way better at customer service.

This place is always a terrible experience. Made my wife cry one time by belittling her so bad. Went through today as my son wanted KFC. Whoever is operating the drive thru hates his job. Not to mention he mumbles over the intercom then wants to get an attitude with me when I can’t hear him. Cherry on top was they didn’t even give us our entire order. Will not return.

I came for the chicken. But I stay for the mold. I had to wait right about 20 mins after the quick app said my food was ready. Yet, it was somehow still over cooked. Oh, there is the added benefit of having mold everywhere.

Today I went through the drive thru and ordered a 12pc meal. Comes with 3 sides. I asked for 2 coleslaw and 1 Mac n cheese, with a single order of mashed potatoes and gravy. I checked the bag and saw 1 large of each side. When I go inside the the drive thru guy saw me and went on to scroll on his phone then took a drive thru customer. Then he came over to me. When I said this is not what I ordered he just said that was the sides it came with and then went back over to the drive thru window. I wait for a while to get acknowledged by who I believe was a manager. She told me I ordered a 16pc and that came with 4 sides. Looking in the bag again I do see the 2 slaw, 1 Mac n cheese and potatoes. I leave and say I will take it even tho it’s not what I ordered since I payed for it. I check my account and I did pay for a 16pc. When I got home I only received a 12pc. Was was annoyed but now mad because I payed for food I did not get. I stop at that location because it is the closest one to Moyock NC. I will Not be back mostly because they messed up my order and charged me for food I did not get.
