First of all…. the amount of information you are asking for someone to leave this review is rediculous. Why do you need my personal address? Secondly, this place needs more personell. The employees here do a great job, but there just arent enough of them. Severely inclement weather prevented me from picking up my order on time; But the employees were kind enough to hold it for me for over 30 minutes. HOWEVER… when i tried to call the location, no one answered because they were working themselves to death! This was not their fault! It was the fault of corporate overseers who care less for the welfare of their employees than they care for their own profits. The employees are doing their best, but corporate needs to do better.

One of the worst KFC locations in the area. Every time I go there, I have the worst experience ever! I signed up for a coupon and they didn’t accept it even though it came directly from the company! They told me they didn’t have the coupon in the system even though I get it them all the time from the company directly. Very poor customer service and don’t recommend coming here.

I ordered an 8-piece meal for delivery and asked for thighs and legs. Well, they screwed up the order and sent a regular set including breasts and wings. Then they did not include any biscuits. When I tried to call of course nobody answered the phone. I won’t be ordering from this KFC again. Absolutely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Soooo sad… they gave us the wrong items, ordered the pot pie but got a bowl. The tender piece looks so small it is literally as big as a finger. Fries are filled only half in the little box. I’m so sorry but there were so many things wrong it is just really sad.

I never even knew KFC delivered food! Well, they don’t. They deliver it via a third party. So I used Grubhub to get a Tenders Share Meal which came with potato wedges and also ordered a large beverage (unsweetened iced tea). The website even had a tracker and their ETA was spot on. Only mistake was they tried to deliver it to the building next door and that was MY mistake because I mistyped the building number.
