After a long wait in the drive thru, I checked my order and was short a mashed potato which I got, but I figured I didn’t need to check the chicken box. Wrong! I ordered 4 thighs and came home to find 4 breasts. Which were dry and mostly ribs and bone. I had to repeat the order 3 times so this kind of mistake isn’t acceptable. KFC use to have the best chicken and cole slaw. The slaw was good, the chicken terrible and the service is the worst.

Whoever is working your drive thru during the midday to evening is useless. The guy couldn’t even take an order, and sounded so high and out of it. I ordered something super simple and he didn’t even understand what I was saying. He repeated something back that was totally different and irrelevant. Then he proceeded to explain something else and stumbled and fumbled his words. Eventually I just went in and ordered from someone more coherent. The food was so poor and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for days. What a disgrace of a franchise . Not the first time this place has been a disappointment

I just want to update this review. I thought I would never be visiting this place again but reluctantly I did tonight 7/18/23. I placed a order online and when I arrived the team working communicated that they did not have enough product to fill my order. I was sadden by the news and had prepared to leave. Then like clockwork they gave me several options to ensure that I was a happy customer and they accommodated me beyond my expectations. I would just like to say I really appreciate the great customer service tonight and the quality of the food prepared. I would like the team to know that they have changed my my outlook on the establishment and I will be returning as I’m a very happy customer. Thank you so much!!!

We ordered taco Bell which we love and it was terrible service, very expensive and food looked like it was just thrown together real fast but took forever to get it prob there almost half HR waiting for our sloppy food ….

To start. Why is the lobby always closed? The signs on the door and on the drive through menu give Lobby hours of operation and yet its frequently closed. There’s always employees standing around inside so I can’t imagine it’s a staffing issue. And then when you go through the drive through its hit or miss on the speed of service. Should be pretty quick I would think since you have one point of sale and one point of service.

Did an online order and paid online expecting to be able to arrive at the restaurant and pick up our order at the scheduled time. We arrived only to find out we had to still wait in the drive through line 8 to 10 cars deep. Our order was already purchased and bagged getting cold as we waited in line behind people that were just placing their order and getting freshly packaged and warm food. We will not be going to this KFC ever again and may not go back to any KFC based on this experience.

This is the closest KFC and Taco Bell in our area. Never had bad chicken here, or Taco Bell stuff. Haven’t ate inside since Covid hit, but I don’t miss it. I enjoy the drive thru and having a car picnic with family. They get top stars from me because they don’t rush me at the drive thru. I can be indecisive and get really nervous if pushed. They are always super patient and I don’t feel the random panic purchase because I couldn’t think. Nashville Hot tenders are a favorite, miss the Nacho party pack. The chicken is expensive but not more than any other chicken place. Food is always hot, neat, and delicious. I hope the new ChicFillA doesn’t weed them out cause I love this location.
