Greetings everyone. I went through the drive-thru today to get two kids’ meals, chicken nuggets. When I received the order, the fries were cold, and the chicken nuggets were cold and hard. When I went in, the young woman who stepped up to the counter had an attitude when I told her about the food. She took the food and told me it would be a few minutes. Well, a few went past five minutes. So, I asked for a refund, and she said they do not do refunds, but she could give me chicken strips, so I said okay. Can you add macaroni to the strip? Since the fries aren’t ready, she said no. I replied that you have to provide equal value to what I purchased. She walked away angry, but she included the macaroni. I will never patronize that location. You can’t take my money, serve me bad food, and not refund me.

We waited 30 minutes for two meals and when we Finally got our order. It was missing items and the food was cold. I would have understood if it was busy, but there weren’t even that many people in the lobby.

Do NOT eat here ever!!! I drove to this location for honey bbq wings. I thought the drive thru was a good idea. I was wrong. Almost everyone who ordered had to either pull forward to wait or park in a spot and wait. I finally get the wings and they looked like they were sitting in the container all day! It’s supposed to be drenched in sauce and edible instead it had such a small disappointing amount and the skin was discolored. Fries were cold and the soda was absolutely disgusting!!! I would’ve gotten a refund but oh wait!! There was a big sign on the drive thru window that said no refunds. I’m never going to this location again. Please close down. This location is unacceptable. I get it it’s kfc and you don’t have to put that much effort in but just go to the Essex location or any others. The food was much better there.

I went thru the drive-thru. My first question was do you have pot pies, which he replied yes. I ordered one and a 12 piece meal. He asked me to pull forward. When he came out with the bag, he asked me what I ordered cuz he forgot. He handed me the bag. Once I got home, I realized that they did NOT give me the pot pie. I called 4x and finally got an answer. She apologized and said come back and get one. So I went back to the store and my husband went in to get it. He came out empty handed. When I asked what happened he said that they are cooking them and it would be 15 more minutes. She never said anything on the phone about them not being ready. So, when I asked if they had any, he lied. Then instead of saying they need to cook them, he brought my food without the pot pie. Very sad that this is what we go thru when paying a lot of money for food that we don’t even receive.

Very nice employees. Great food, good deals on their app., its just the parking lot is so dirty,trash flying around and a ton of cigarette butts everywhere..kinda ruins the atmosphere of quality clean food.I do love the drive thru…nevr had I ever had any bad stories to tell.always the kindness of the employees, I look forward to.thnks!

Last time I ordered here they were out of milk and gave me a soda which I don’t drink fountain sodas unless they’ll volunteer to show me the syrup lines . I didn’t make a big deal out of it but the rude lady that game me my order I guess decided it would be okay to microwave the tenders soggy and disgusting but they were hot never again. Since this place changed management it has been horrible.

Chicken came out quickly, but was not as expected. Felt like it was not fully cooked through, or fried long enough. Skin was falling off the chicken. Was at least seasoned well. Probably will not come back to this location

Ordered an 8 piece extra crispy meal and an order of nuggets. Was asked to pull forward. No mention of the fact that they clearly needed to cook the food. After waiting over 15 minutes someone came out and handed me a bag. Got home only to discover there were no sides or nuggets and the chicken was clearly original and not extra crispy. Even for original it was awful-greasy, soggy skin, gross! I attempted to call the store to no avail. Called again the next morning and whoever the gal is who said she’s the manager answered the phone “hola” and once I established I only speak English she started speaking English too. I started to tell her my problem and she HUNG UP on me. Called back and she hung up 3 more times. Worst experience ever. I’d give 0 stars if I could!
