Chicken bites were dry as hell couldn’t eat , the fries were cooked perfectly though, and the service was not great and person that took the order just sounded really rude and then I got up at the window and she was not nice. Definitely had an attitude.

Had the problem with an order that we placed through the drive-thru with a 12-piece meal for $40 chicken was very dry very dark hard ,call the store spoke with Jalisa she was very kind on the phone asked me to come in the store to replace my order Jalisa was great , positive attitude and customer service was very professional from her and the young men at the counter and originally at the drive through thank you Jalisa you are great.

Had to clean the table myself as an employee watched me not saying a word. Employee not especially kind. Out of most condiments and the alternatives requested aren’t allowed to be given. Food was ok, would have been better with condiments.

Went there tonite and spent almost $40 on a chicken sandwich and 8 PC meal, after ordering and driving to the window, was then informed they only had dark meat ( which u had to have already known prior I’m sure) and was charged full price, any white meat would be 10 min or more. Having our hearts set on KFC decided to go with it, wrong idea, the bun on the chicken sandwich looked 2xs bigger than the chicken patty itself, and the 8pc chicken was almost as dark as the night sky. For this to be the only KFC in the general area and to exist as long as it has u would think they would be more together by now. Never again if I have to spent my own money.

Average chicken joint. Better to eat in because drive thru is lacking. The food is good when it’s made right but it’s a gamble. Their newer food options are kinda crazy but its expected from kfc. Too bad they dont have grilled chick ed n any more. The service was surprisingly good though. KFC is strange because you’ll never have the same experience twice and this goes for all locations.
