First time eating here, wow, this was a sweet find. I ordered the #13 factory melt meal with side order of sour cream fries, absolutely delicious, husband ordered the #3 Ribeye steak sandwich with side order of chili, sandwich was Good, chili was average. I went to the drive thru, and it took 30 minutes to order and get my food. Opened my burger once I got home and it looks disgusting. It doesn’t even look like ground beef. It’s super thin and crumbles into pieces if you touch it.

Honestly the food is good but what’s not good is the constant mess ups on to go orders because the employees are all openly messing around while they’re making your foo and us customers are sitting there waiting and watching. This is now the 3rd time our to go order has been messed up on top of things missing. First time was a whole burger missing, 3 drinks, 3 fries but 2 burgers? Second time I got my son a chicken sandwich meal with only pickles, he got a cheese burger with all the toppings? Wouldn’t eat it. Now tonight, I ordered a quad plain just meat and cheese… got a triple with all the toppings and ordered a double with everything on it, it’s a single? The guy didn’t even hand me the cup for the kids meal, I had to ask for it when they gave me the food. I’m tired of giving them another chance, something’s gotta give 🙁
