First of all rude for no reason. No manners whatsoever from the female that took my order. I understand having bad days but don’t work in customer service then. I wasn’t given a receipt even after requesting one. She didn’t even ask what drink i wanted with my combo. Then i get the bag. No silverware, no sauces for my tenders, no napkins. Just downright terrible. And the worst part is they weren’t even busy.

One of the cashier returned my money, after another employee confirmed a conversation that took place along with a dry and bad smelling product. The manager there checked with higher authority which said without a receipt I couldn’t receive a refund. I then told the manager their I left my receipt along with a $2.01 tip, and she could contact the employee who waited on me. The lady who waited on me complemented another employee that her lashes looked nice.

I haven’t gone to KFC in quite some time, but we decided we really were in the mood for it. We opted to order inside, in lieu of the drive thru. We got piping hot food, it was good. Our biscuits were missing (dang), but we didn’t call to complain. There was ONE young man handling the front, abs we could see only ONE person in the back. I blame General Management for allowing that to happen.

Won’t be eating from here anymore! The boy who was on the register was extremely rude! On top of that he was going back and forth to make the food as well, no hand washing or anything! Absolutely disgusting! I was watching him put my food together with just one glove! The store was also dirty, it was a rainy day & no wet cones were put up. It was very slippery. Not to mention it was a little busy and the rest of the workers were standing around, 2 were outside smoking and brought in all the tabaco smell inside! Idk who runs this place but they need to get their thing together!

So it actually lost stars . Only because the 1st time I ordered Quick Pick-up using the app; almost 30mins went by and my food was not ready. The 4 customers behind me & people in drive thru got food faster. But then I went back 2 more times just to see if maybe it was the day. After the 2nd time it was ready when I got there in 15mins & the next trip too. So that’s why I gave 4 stars.

Manager on duty was a young woman who thought it was playtime. She was rude to me and other costumers. I ordered on the app was given 2 breast 2 legs and 4 wings because they were out of order dark meat.

Went through the drive thru and had to wait because there was a line which is to be expected at this KFC because it’s usually packed. The service though was very friendly and inviting to come back.
