Say you don’t care without saying you don’t care. I don’t know what happened to this location but maybe since Dennys closed next-door it seems like they just don’t care about their service. I should have known that something was wrong with my order ($19 for 8 chicken tenders) when they put it in a brown paper bag after first placing it in a plastic bag. The pictures speak for themselves all I can add is that the staff was really rude. I understand if you are busy or if other customers were giving you trouble, but don’t let that transfer to the rest of us spending our money on a now way overpriced product in your establishment. I never even ate the food because trying to get it out of the bag it fell out onto the floor creating a big mess and ruining my clothes.

3rd time is the charm. I will never ever order anything for this KFC. You can only order through drive inn after 800pm. Got the chicken tender meal. Chicken wasn’t cooked throughly had a breading had a blonde color to it. Broke chicken in half realized it wasn’t cooked properly. Threw the whole $31.74 in the trash. Everytime I get something from this location. There is always a issue. Never again

I just left the drive-thru (for the second time) and I should have followed my first mind. Initially I was told that 4 wings, coleslaw and a biscuit was almost $15.00. I was still going to get it because I wanted it until I was told they didn’t have what I wanted so I left. Only to return a little later, bigger mistake! I got home the chicken and the biscuit was soggy and wet, the container with the coleslaw had water collecting on the top.

People at the drive through were kind and accommodating. I showed up a few minutes before close and they took care of me. Guy at the window even made sure I didn’t drive off without napkins. Food was real good too.

If I could give no stars I would. Terrible customer service at the store and the order is always wrong. I know no one likes working fast food but if you hate your job so much you have to mean to someone just cause they are buying food, you should quit. Corporate is no better. They just ignore when you report something. I’ve only been to this location 3 times (2022-23) and I feel like it gets worst and worst. Will never go again.
