I went in to order in the restaurant #K071095 at 5311 W Baltimore Pike, Clifton Heights, PA 1901. I ordered 12 pieces of chicken but I get only 9 pcs when I come home. This is the second time I have had the same problem. I don’t understand what they are doing with customers. I ordered 12 for 4 people, and I have no good to eat. That is very terrible with second time.

1st Red flag is that the last few times I went to this restaurant, the doors were locked and there was a sign on the door stating indoor dining is closed. And this appears to be pretty consistent with no option for indoor ordering or dining… DAY OR NIGHT!
The quality of food is extremely unacceptable and disrespectful to paying customers. We’re talking about biscuits as hard as bricks. We’re talking about flavorless soda that could easily pass for seltzer water. And sides filled halfway in the container. CUSTOMER SERVICE sucks mostly from the dark skinned heavy male manager & the crew that works that same shift. That crew all seem to be on one accord with being vindictive when a customer expresses concern or issue with either a previous or current order. I should have known something was up when the manager (dark skinned heavy male) asked if “My Name” order was up yet & seconds following several employees walking past peeking into the drive thru window getting a glimpse outward. Definitely was suspicious behavior that resulted w/ yet another wasted trip to that KFC that I’d soon regret as soon as I got back home.
That KFC has no life left. Literally has a desolate feel every time I go or pass by there. And if you’re familiar with this location you know it’s the truth! Anyone that is thinking about getting KFC… push the gas pedal and keep going! Look for and try a different location… because this aint it

This is the absolute worse KFC in America. I will NEVER EVER go back, & I suggest no one else patronize them either. The store itself is filthy, & the bathroom is disgusting. The drive through is designed so poorly that certain vehicles can’t fit without damaging their tires. The staff, especially the managers are very rude & disrespectful. The food is usually not cooked to the correct specifications & is extremely greesy. I tried to give them a chance after a long time of not patronizing them & placed an online order at 5pm for pickup at 530pm. I arrived at 530pm & they were closed. They were rude & refused to refund my money. If you like good service, a clean environment, & good quality food then do NOT patronize this KFC. THEY’RE THE WORST.

Ordered paid 29 … Receipt in my bag was for 6.36… exact cash or card only how does a corporate business operate this way?… After ordering and paying was inform out of corn… young lady seemed annoyed I had to contact someone to see what they wanted.. kfc famous bowl… Mashed, Chicken bites and cheese… No corn, no gravy… Yes I understand I should have expected no corn. Food wasn’t hot (cheese in the bowl isn’t even melted and I drove 5 minutes home, heat from lid being on should have melted it. I won’t visit establishment again

This KFC has definitely falling off. They are always out of food (even earlier in the day), long wait times due to barely having staff, and today they are apparently closed even though they are supposed to be open but there is no signs saying they are closed and they have a line in the drive through because no one’s they are closed. There was 1 person in there and they never even came to the door to inform anyone what was going on and didn’t answer the phone when I tried to call. They either need new management or they need help running this store efficiently!

They never include the sauce. Not once. Not in the last 5+ times I’ve ordered. Even when I specifically add the sauce to my order and PAY for the sauce that should already be included with my order they NEVER include the sauces. Why? What am I doing wrong? What did I do to you KFC employees?

Just came in with my chicken pot pie. While eating it and enjoying the crust . I over looked there was not 1 piece of CHICKEN???? Just potatoes, carrots and peas. Im I crazy. Not 1 piece!!! It was good but I want a little meat not 0 meat. I paid for it.
