I have never had place consistently mess up orders every single time like this place. Not once have I received my entire order. They rarely answer the phone when you try calling, on occasion after calling about 10 times in a row then someone might answer but their customer service is definitely lacking also. This is a kfc/Taco Bell combined and regardless of which type of food I order, it’s been disappointing every time between not getting what I’ve paid for and/or poor food quality and service. Save your money, time and frustration and go somewhere else.

Don’t order online from this KFC. They don’t process your order until you are in the restaurant. I placed my order at 5:46pm on the app. When I arrived 15 minutes later, the app said my order was ready for pickup. I showed it to the employee what was in my phone. He said the order would be ready in a couple of minutes. I left the restaurant at 6:40pm with my order disgusted with their service and lack of respect for my time waiting. No credit or refund was offered to me. One black mark for Colonel Sanders. This isn’t the first time that this happened at this location.

The 2-piece fried chicken I got at KFC Shippensburg was extremely disappointing—not only was it the saddest looking meal I’ve ever had, but it also wasn’t worth the $10 price. Every time I’ve gone there, my order has been messed up. Very frustrating.

I’ve been coming here for awhile now, long enough to expect that they will always out of something and usually messing up orders. However, roll the dice and see what you get because sometimes you win. This is by far the best single taco supreme that I have ever gotten in all my travels and years of Taco Belling.

Placed an online order for pickup, it wasn’t even ready when we arrived, as the cashier claimed they had lost the food, waited for an additional 20 minutes, and had no food afterwards, as well as having poor customer service from the cashier on duty, who had minimal professionalism

Placed and online order for KFC, waited 20 mins in store and received my order 30 minutes after ordering. They gave me the wrong thing and when I went back to the store for the right thing they gave me the right thing sort of. They forgot the sauces that I ordered and also forgot to give me something to eat the mashed potatoes with. They did say sorry but I figured they’d give me a little extra chicken with my order or at the least a coupon. Instead I just received an incomplete order.

This trip wasn’t that good, cashier didn’t want to physically show the size of the bowls for the mash potatoes, small vs large so I didn’t order any mash potatoes. I did order 6 hard Tacos but four of the Tacos had mashed shells, I also ordered some KFC one Breast, that Breast
was so Dry, I needed that Large Pepsi to wash it down. What made this Trip Especially Bad today was my Birthday . Yes I chose Taco Bell/ KFC over Texas Road House, Bad Move on my part. I just wanted some Good Quick Tacos and a Breast… Maybe Next Year will be Better???

KFC was chosen, not taco bell. Door locked to customers. Expensive. Had to go back twice to get missing biscuit. Extra crispy was flavorless and leg barely coated. Been around long enough to remember when KFC was a treat. Cannot find a good KFC location anymore, and there aren’t many locations that exist to choose. Understanding for how they have gone down hill through the years in quality, limited locations and higher prices. My opinion.
