My significant other had went in at 8:05
Came in and the boy said “This is the last sandwich I’m making tonight” and started putting things up as he was making the first sandwich.. we had two. Google and the door says subway closes at 9. I’m not usually one to complain about things I also work in the food industry but really sucks to walk in an get that treatment and leave with your sandwich looking like this.

I am a Subway fanatic! Been eating at Subway almost since they started! Some are better than others, but all are good. The one on this visit gets a high rating. The one thing I can complain about with all Subway stores is how stingy they are with the SPINACH! TERRIBLE!!!! They like to put that junkie iceberg lettuce on the sandwiches! I get wraps, but, the issue still exists!!!!!!

The restaurant itself was clean. The men’s room was dirty. The ladies room was clean. The condiments especially the lettuce were not fresh. The lettuce was brown. Very disappointed in this Subway.

I didn’t get the young ladies name but her number on the receipt is 7214. She was very personable and pleasant. I wanted the turkey and she pointed out that it was the featured sandwich. I was actually surprised at how good the sandwich was.

My son and I went in for lunch and it appeared that the young man, Malachi was working alone. He was friendly, fast and efficient with our order and when a women came in behind us he took a moment to assure her he’d be right with her. As someone that has worked in food service and customer service most of my life, I just had to give him props. So many young people are not suited for food service but Malachi does an excellent job.

Ordered online several times from them, and both times messed up my order. First time, my sandwhich was awful messy and sauce running everywhere, and they messed me out of my four cookies I ordered and never got. And the second time they gave me the wrong sauce. Both sandwiches got tossed in the trash. This location is not the best on service or quality. I messaged them twice, both times this happened. Never got my cookies and never even offered a partial refund or even coupons. At least little ceasers in town gave my client a coupon when they messed up her pizza. I have the sandwhich pictured below.

Todd and Allie are spectacular!!! this is one of the best run subways i’ve visited and i’ll be telling everyone about it! they happily fulfilled our order and more! everything in the restaurant was clean and well stocked. they are asking every question i wanted them to ask me and nothing more. i could go on and on about this place!
