It’s 6:45pm March 1, 2026 The restaurant is a disgrace. They trash over flowed like a mountain, trash on the floor and nasty tables. The drink are was also nasty nothing filled and trash ball over. While the staff minus the black guy with the dreads are just standing around talking and not even caring about how the restaurant looks like. The management should be embarrassed on all levels and figure out what to do with these employees. No other location is this nasty. Corporate needs to come to this location.

Came to pick up an order as an Uber Eats driver and there was only one person preparing uber take out orders while there were 3 front counter employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. Why couldn’t they prepare the rest of the order instead of having people wait idle for 30 minutes

I was craving so bad for a juicy burrito but instead I received a dry one, with only dried ingredients.
I contacted uber support but they only refunded me $4.26 when I paid $29 total because it was through uber eats, for something that I didn’t even ate because like I said before it was a craving. I am completely unsatisfied and I will never buy or order from Chipotle at Stratford again.

Service here is absolutely beyond disgusting…. I was here 11/29 on a Saturday around 3:30 I walk in with the assumption everything was going to be ok …so I walk in I ask for 2 bowls i stated that I was taking the order home .. as we get down to the toppings I asked can I please put my toppings on the side since I will be taking it home …she stated that I have to be charged for each individual topping because I wanted to take it home so I was a bit taken back with that statement because how are you going to charge me something I already paid for because I want it on the side !? I’m standing there baffled so im in silence like what do I do she already made the bowl right so im still standing there she looks back at the person on the grill with an attitude he says just give it to her I replied sir im not trying to be rude or anything but you want to charge me what I already paid for so she gives me the side for just one bowl not 2 but 1…I ask her can I please speak to a manager she replies i am one so i stated that she needs to adjust her customer service skills as a manager. I sit in the parking lot for a second not even wanting the food anymore I did not go back inside and ask for a refund because I feel it was not going to be in my favor I am definitely entitled to a refund due to me not receiving what I actually paid for I then called 1800 Chipotle this store literally needs some adjustments I understand people go through things and im sorry for that but that did not give you the right to mistreat anyone horrible horrible. She had no name tag

Terrible service. There were 6 people working and none of them want to service us. Employees are touching money with the same gloves they use for food. They only fill your bowl half way because they are to lazy to refill the food trays. The food is dry and burnt. Don’t waste your time coming here

Okay so I always check reviews before going places, idk my experience was nothing like the reviews and they almost stopped me going to this location, store was empty upon my 8:45 pm arrival on a Saturday not messy at all. Worker even changed out certain pans instead of giving little to nothing at the bottom of pans for my first time having chipotle in 9 years it was so tasty no complaints at all, I didn’t have to pull my phone out or keep asking for anything portions were great. only thing I didn’t like was the lettuce didn’t visually look FRESH. Staff was cool.

These people do not give enough protein. I paid for the double and it still wasn’t enough. The regular has just a small spoon of chicken. Definitely not enough protein for the amount of carbs that they pack in the bowls. I will not be a returning customer. You guys suck!

I was overcharged for the second time at this location. I politely pointed it out, and the person claiming to be the manager, London, said she will refund just the difference — but instead refunded the full amount. I warned her that I don’t get refunds immediately and couldn’t repay right away. She ignored that, told me to pay again, and when my card declined (as I warned), she loudly said, “Give me my bowl back,” and said she didn’t care — it wasn’t her problem when clearly it was a mistake on her part . She also told another employee, “it’s not that much of a difference” Completely unprofessional, immature, and unacceptable behavior. This location seriously needs corporate attention. They need to hire mature young adults who want to work, instead of playing around, gossiping, and disrespecting customers.

This location is super convenient but they are often out of product. Not a couple items, but wiped out. This is the 3rd time in recent memory that we went and they only had scrapings of one or two meats. It’s 8pm. They’re open until 11pm. I don’t know what they plan on selling for the next 3 hours. Staff couldn’t care less either.
