Before you go, I highly recommend you download the app. The app is super simple to use and is great to see all of the choices they have. You can pay through the app, pull into the rapid pick-up parking spot, walk right in, and be out of there in a matter of a minute or two. When I went in the restaurant, it was almost empty and the person at the counter was very friendly. We typically have great experiences at this location. We ordered a 12 piece variety chicken bucket meal. It came with the biscuits and large sides. We typically order the macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. We also ordered the 8 piece chicken tender box. I like the app because it forces you to select dark meat or variety. If you like dark meat but always forget to ask, it is a great reminder. The other thing you can do on the app is pick all of your sauces. Lastly, you can select extra crispy chicken. If you have never tried it, you must! The extra crispy chicken is the only way to get chicken from KFC. The only thing I do not like about the app is that there is no reward system in place like other restaurants. The cool part about ordering is that for a limited time, they are offering a beverage bag! We chose sweet tea and it was delicious!

Had to park and wait for nuggets, which is totally fine… except I got home and opened up a box of ripped apart chicken strips? Also, no sauces that I ordered. Tried to call to get help with the situation but the phone was disconnected. What a joke, wish I didn’t waste my money.

The pot pie used to be FILLED with chicken and veggies. Now it is filled with goopy gravy. Reminds me of generic jar gravy off a grocery shelf with no meat or veggies to hide the grossness. Me and my coworkers all got a pot pie and between the 3 of us, we had 11 pieces of potato and peas, I had 1 little chunk of chicken, another had a decent size chunk and the other had 2 small pieces. Never again. Companies cutting back on quality is out of control. I would rather pay a little more and get a good product than be bamboozled in to thinking they didn’t raise their prices but only get a crust filled gravy bowl.
