I literally waited in line for 20 minutes tonight Oct 2nd 7:16pm and the girl in the intercom was rude to the older gentleman in front of me and then to me as well and told me If I wanted to eat I was going to have to wait they are short staffed. Hey listen I get it but there was no reason to be rude. There was no one in front and a whole line out to 30 so like what were you doing because there was no one in front of us. Get to the window and she was on her phone I watched another 3 cars leave the line. So unprofessional. If this wasn’t what my grandmother kept saying she wanted I would of taken my business else where.

Ordered food for delivery. 10 minutes later they cancelled our order. Soooo I guess service is 1 star. The few times we actually go inside to eat, the bathroom smells like a raccoon just had a litter of babies. Do better

This is the second time in a row that we have had a bad experience here. Both were in store pick up. Both times they have messed up the order. The 1st time they didn’t give the 5pc white meat, we got home and immediately went back.We were accused of getting it all and just saying we didn’t. So this time when we got medium drinks and actually bought gallons we didn’t even bother because the same woman manager was there. Furthermore, it’s disgustingly dirty in there. Noticed this time around.

I pulled up to order and as I asked questions someone else responded the it was go ahead with your order. I then said I was ordering then they said pull up to the window. I pulled up they had my order messed up so disappointed, I usually have better service

Before you go, I highly recommend you download the app. The app is super simple to use and is great to see all of the choices they have. You can pay through the app, pull into the rapid pick-up parking spot, walk right in, and be out of there in a matter of a minute or two. When I went in the restaurant, it was almost empty and the person at the counter was very friendly. We typically have great experiences at this location. We ordered a 12 piece variety chicken bucket meal. It came with the biscuits and large sides. We typically order the macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes with gravy and coleslaw. We also ordered the 8 piece chicken tender box. I like the app because it forces you to select dark meat or variety. If you like dark meat but always forget to ask, it is a great reminder. The other thing you can do on the app is pick all of your sauces. Lastly, you can select extra crispy chicken. If you have never tried it, you must! The extra crispy chicken is the only way to get chicken from KFC. The only thing I do not like about the app is that there is no reward system in place like other restaurants. The cool part about ordering is that for a limited time, they are offering a beverage bag! We chose sweet tea and it was delicious!

Good location for proximity but not easy to get in and out depending on traffic. The food is always fresh and the staff is friendly and efficient. Most of the time we use the drive through but the unit is always clean and organized.

Me and my family got some food from this KFC on October 29th and the next day we were sick with food poisoning my whole family was throwing up and diarrhea the whole night now i don’t know why they would allow food to be sold that is bad and not for consumption if i could give this KFC negative stars i would DON’T GO HERE only if you like throwing up and having diarrhea
