The absolute worst service. I walked in and there was nobody in line. I stood at the counter for 8 minutes while the employees completely ignored me. The one male employee looked at me twice but never said anything to me or attempted to have one of the other employees help me. I was finally waited on by a female that walked in from outside, and I told her I was waiting for about 10 minutes for someone to help me. When I finally received my order, and got home I was extremely disappointed with the food. The biscuits were hard as a rock, the gravy must have been old because it had the consistency of pudding rather than gravy. The chicken was good for the most part, but we could tell that some of the pieces were old.

This location is on DoorDash and is open until 10:30. They specifically refuse DoorDash orders after 9pm because they do not like DoorDash, apparently. They cancel the order saying the food is unavailable, but somehow if you go there and order, they magically have everything.

The KFC was in a great location, on Ohio Blvd rt65. Visit 8/26/22. Great value for your$. Register lady vicky who took our order @1 was a very polite helpful .
