This is the worst door dash delivery from KFC in Bellevue on Ohio River Blvd. We didn’t get our sides and the chicken is gross cooked in old oil! Never going back. I wish I could post a picture of how nasty it was. There were feathers on the gross chicken too

Placed order online, arrived at location at 4:07p to customers in line and 3 people working. Waited 8 minutes before anyone behind the counter asked to help me. I said online order with my name and no order status was given, just, okay. Order was to be ready at 4:15p, here I am writing a review at 4:33p with no food in sight. Please do not patronize this establishment unless you want to wait forever. No original chicken ready, no biscuits ready, come on now.

Dinning area was a hot mess. We ordered and they told us they were hot of several things. We ordered in they gave it to us to go and had to hunt someone down for plates and sauces. This was by far the worst I have ever seen in KFC history. It was like no one showed up to do their jobs. We will not be back

So I went to this KFC to get a $7 dollar fill-up box that is advertised. I was rudely told that “They don’t do that no more”!! I said well you have it advertised on your sign saying that you do $7 fill up boxes, they responded “No we don’t and we don’t do that here no more”. This store always has issues here, either food not being right or the employees deciding not to make anymore of the advertised items because they close in 2hrs. I honestly feel like this store is awful overall.

Lazy workers were essentially closing the store down over an hour before their advertised closing time. I placed an online order and upon arrival, the workers there claimed they were out of everything I ordered (3 tenders and 12 nuggets) and only had fried chicken left. I did not want this as a replacement and that told me I had to cancel my order through the app. I then had to jump through hoops and sit in hold with customer service for 20 minutes just to cancel my order that they supposedly couldn’t fulfill.

My daughter really wanted something she saw on a commercial I went through ordered the food on my phone. got there, they said the kitchen was closed and they didn’t have on hand what I had ordered and couldn’t prepare and I was supposed to cancel the order. I went to cancel the order. I couldn’t find the order via their web app or phone app to even cancel it. so then I have to dispute it through my credit card company just to get $12 back. what a waste of time.

Waited too long in the drive-through did not get my order right they said they had mashed potatoes. I ordered mashed potatoes and corn. I got home. There was no mashed potatoes or corn in my bag and the chicken was overcooked. Very bad experience.
