Did not receive what what ordered via my coworker. Ordered two avocado ranch burritos and received two grilled cheese hot frank burritos with little strips of chicken, which isn’t even on the menu???? Not sure how these very two different types of food were mistaken but he wasn’t able to eat it, and it ended up trashed.

Sandra is friendly and kind and made our experience go from a kid with a bad day to a kiddo that was laughing by the time we left. We came in with a super grumpy child and the workers here all did little kind things just to make him cheer up. She needs a raise. Not only her but there was another woman on the shift who suggested putting his name on the order for his specific tacos to help him feel more special. Just a normal day at a quick fast food joint ended with us leaving with a kid who felt even more loved because of their kindness.

This location is a hit or miss. The service can be slow, but yesterday, the portion size for the beef burrito ($1 extra over the bean burrito) was pathetic. We got chips with nacho cheese sauce, and the plastic ramekins weren’t even halfway full with nacho cheese. For the money we paid, we should get our money’s worth, but Taco Bell has become such a terrible value. I’m sorely disappointed. I’ll just stick with the chicken quesadilla next time.

I was so excited that the Mexican Pizza was finally back! It did not disappoint! The drive-thru line is normally long, but it moves fairly quickly. And a huge shout out to the lady who works the line outside! She is so kind and always gets your order in correctly!

Food was ok… The steak dipping burritos are way smaller than they look on the menu. Was a bit disappointed because I wanted the avocado ranch sauce on the side to try before I allowed it to be on the steak dipping burritos, but there was nowhere on the mobile order app to do so and when I asked for it when I picked my food up they charged me 55 cents for the sauce that was already supposed to be on my burritos. That is why I give a one-star rating for the service. That was kind of ridiculous.

It appears that our presence may have inconvenienced the staff. The employees seemed to be expressing their frustration by making loud noises and complaining about our orders. When I received my chicken quesadilla, I noticed that it was not cut properly and had a large opening. Additionally, the containers for the sour cream and cheese dip were not completely filled.

Worst taco bell ever been to. Slow service, dirty bathrooms and food? Let’s just say if you’re just going to slop it into the container or wrapper to the point where it makes a mess when the customer tried to eat it then you shouldn’t be working in this industry. Not to mention not putting all the toppings on the pizza or in the burritos.

Over half of my crunch wrap had nothing but tortilla shell and lettuce on it. And there was barely any meat on it. It was supposed to have extra cheese as well and it did not. This is not the first time we have had issues with this place either and that is why I decided to leave a review. This place will no longer get our business.
