We ordered a 16pc dinner pack with 4 large sides- coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and fries. We were supposed to get 8 biscuits. In the pictures is all we received and we verified it with the cashier that it was our order because the incorrect number was called (one off). When we got home and opened everything to serve dinner, and we were missing literally half of our meal. There were 8pcs of chicken that were just barely cooked, mashed potatoes and gravy, 4 biscuits and fries. I attempted to call the restaurant three times with no answer. It rang until it was disconnected. I was appalled at how the restaurant was run. I’ve worked in fast food before and have never seen things run as poorly as they were at this establishment. I’m more upset that I spent $50 on dinner and only got $30 worth of food.

We have consistently had poor experiences going through the drive thru here. Most recently we spent 25 minutes (at the window for ~10 minutes) for an order with 3 items, one of which was incorrect. This is not an isolated experience and has not changed with the day or time. One positive is that when we get the correct food it usually isn’t bad.

Yesterday at 9pm. There was 6 staff members and what looked like one manager in and out of her office. There was one car in the drive through and just us 2 ordering inside. It took about 20 mins for a famous bowl and 3 piece chicken tenders. The chicken in the bowl wasn’t crispy and the biscuit was stale with the tenders. The staff stood around and talked and ate fries while cursing. Non of them looked to be cooking or putting together our food. The one staff member opened the chicken oven which had tons of chicken in it. But somehow our food wasn’t being put together. The kitchen had food all over the floor and was absolutely discussing. The staff had no concerns that we were standing there waiting for our food while they talked and laughed and were doing nothing.

Very disappointed. I eat fast food often this was by far my worst experience. I couldn’t finish meal.. tasted like it was in oven for days and fries cooled off and were refried multiple times. Ordered mashed potatoes and got coleslaw instead. I payed decently for it and couldn’t eat my meal. The dinning area was closed. At 10:20 When they said it’s opened till 11pm. Just wanted people to be aware.

Please fix this pot hole. Throwing rocks into it isn’t going to do much. I love fried chicken but I feel disrespected as a customer going through the drive thru just to hit a huge pot hole after paying for food, possibly damaging wheels, shocks/struts, suspension components and possibly needing alignment

Absolutely horrible customer service made me wait 25 minutes In their drive through which once you pull in your trapped there So instead of putting a sign at the entrance where it would be convenient. They put it on the Box so you’re already trapped in there and it takes 30 minutes and she was completely rude to me about it when I confronted her and said Hey maybe you should put a sign up she said there’s one on the. Box but by then you’re already trapped in.

Only 3 pieces of chicken on my KFC Famous Bowl. Just a bowl of mashed potatoes and corn. VERY disappointing after a 20 minute wait in the takeout line. You will definitely go out of business immediately after Popeyes opens across the street.

We ordered a 16 piece family bucket with 2 mashed potatoes 2 gravy 3 large French fries and a coleslaw. Our order was over 50$ and we didn’t even receive our fries and coleslaw. Additionally there was only 2 forks even though we ordered a family meal, we will never order at this place again.
