I got 2 k15 meals which is the spicy chicken sandwich. I get home after driving 15 minutes home. And its two regular chicken sandwiches that are cold now and the smallest peices of chicken. And the fries were put in upside-down and spiled all inside the bag. One chicken sandwich looks like its human excrement instead of mayo. Got horrible service too the lady kept asking me if id like to donate after telling her multiple times NO!! I will not be coming back. Popeyes is better anyway

This is my 3rd time here, and my last. I asked for a bean burrito with extra cheese. Then, at the window, the employee asked if I wanted sauce. I said “The hot sauce please!”. Opened the bag when I was out of the drive through area. OMG! The burrito was so tiny and, they gave me mild sauce!! I went back in the store to get my hot sauce. I didn’t bother to complain because, to be honest, THEY DON’T CARE!! I will NEVER go to the KC/Taco Bell combo EVER AGAIN!

We ordered a 16pc dinner pack with 4 large sides- coleslaw, mashed potatoes and gravy, corn, and fries. We were supposed to get 8 biscuits. In the pictures is all we received and we verified it with the cashier that it was our order because the incorrect number was called (one off). When we got home and opened everything to serve dinner, and we were missing literally half of our meal. There were 8pcs of chicken that were just barely cooked, mashed potatoes and gravy, 4 biscuits and fries. I attempted to call the restaurant three times with no answer. It rang until it was disconnected. I was appalled at how the restaurant was run. I’ve worked in fast food before and have never seen things run as poorly as they were at this establishment. I’m more upset that I spent $50 on dinner and only got $30 worth of food.

Pulled up to the drive-thru to find the menu HALF MISSING & extremely SUNFADED. We ordered 4 soft tacos w/fire and hot sauce, 2 orders of 5-piece chicken nuggets and an order of fries. Waited in line for 15+ minutes. Drive-thru attendant kept calling me, “Honey”. Paid $20, had to wait for food. There’s a HUGE pothole that you cannot avoid leaving the drive-thru and the brush needs to be cut back.
When we got home, NO NAPKINS nor TACO SAUCES in bag. We were charged $3.59 for less than half box of fries (there were exactly 7.5 fries in there)
To say the least, avoid the KFC off the I-90 at Exit 59

The service has been lacking immensely. They never ask me what size I want, mess up my order and this time around couldn’t even ask me what sause I wanted for my nuggets. So now I am angrily writing this review eating dry chicken.

I only gave 1 star bc 0 is not an option. No matter if you go to this location or order through door dash, the order is always messed up. I always get the same thing: nachos with no beans and no tomatoes yet I’m always getting nachos with beans and tomatoes… today we tried something new, Doritos tacos with no tomatoes…. All 6 have tomatoes
