Went in to order take out….horrible presentation at pick up and horrible food/food prep. It was a hot mess just as watching everyone working in the place. Beans were burnt rice was dry I had to throw it out but have pics. Mexican pizza was a mess and sauce leaked out all over. Taco supreme was a mess and mostly just the shell. Like what the???? I was so disappointed and could not return to the store for a refund. I threw away a good portion.

Went here today and ordered the 10 piece with two LARGE sides and 4 biscuits. Needless to say never received the biscuits and the quote unquote large sides were actually the small sides. They need to improve their knowledge of what the order on the screen and receipt says to make sure it’s right and possibly take a little more time on the orders. It’s why they got a low score.

Second time visiting this location and both times orders are taken and people stepped to the side or are handed their order then when I come up the people at the counter Walk away and no one comes back to take my order. Feels very very discriminatory. They are very horrible here with their customer service.

Probably the best KFC/Taco Bell I have been to. Workers were nice, food was decent, drive through was quick. Very well run in comparison to most other similar fast food places

Went for a famous bowl, got corn and chicken, couple days earlier, they forgot my plastic ware and no ice in my soft drink. To me it seems like to much horse play at the drive thru window. I wont be back.

I want to say the store is the cleanest kfc I ever seen but the foid is horrible.chicjen is over cooked and they do not care about pleasing the customer at all.This is one of the worst experiences I ever had.They refuse to give you a refund when they know the food isn’t right.will never go to any kfc again..
