The breakfast sandwich was ok. It was a little lean. The bagel was fine itself and the staff was nice. Would like to see the cheese melted a tad more and maybe a
Second egg thrown on there.

Been probably 6months since my last visit. I loved the bagels but something has changed. The bagel was nowhere near as good which was what they were known for. They have made updates to the menu and seems they are focused on providing a full blown breakfast menu now. And of course prices are even higher. I came for the bagels but nothing special now. Seems to still be a favorite so your mileage may vary.

Sausage egg and cheese was good. Bagel was adequate. Not chewy.

We used to come here often , I haven’t been in a while but stopped in on Sunday and the bagels are horrible now. It’s like eating a shitty Thomas bagel from Walmart. There’s no way they’ve been serving these same bagels all this time. If you are looking for something good and homemade , stear clear of this place. If you want a toasted Thomas bagel with cream cheese be prepaired to regret your decision. Sad to see good food disappear in the chase for a dollar these days.

Eggs were still wet and asked for a recook the OWNER who was cooking got mad said it was just the cheese (it wasn’t. I work at a breakfast place. I know what it should look like) then he proceeded to recook and was mad and threw a slice of American cheese on top of my meal. Employees are amazing but the owner/cook is rude and doesn’t care about his customers. Wouldn’t recommend.

Pretty disappointing! I got the breakfast burrito, and I guess even though it’s under eggs, it doesn’t come with a side or toast. It was unseasoned, the staff was not enthusiastic to be there and it was pretty expensive for what it was. Maybe I need to stick with getting bagels.

I’ve visited here a few times for breakfast. I must admit the breakfast is good. No complaints. The items are freshly made to order. The atmosphere is cozy. Each time customer service was excellent. The pancakes are definitely good & fluffy. I would definitely be coming back in the future perhaps to their lunch menu. It wasn’t 2 crowded but worth the wait. Prices are reasonable.

Always a terrible sign when the owner of a company passes the credit card fee onto the customer. It’s ALWAYS been the responsibility of the establishment in order gain more business by accepting credit cards. The AmEx fee for our order is 1.85% + 10¢ yet we got charges for 3%. So, not only are they profiting on your use of your credit card, they even ask you to tip the staff to take your order. As an owner, you should be ashamed of yourself for what you’re doing here. A tiny little sign that’s not next to the credit card terminal isn’t good enough. Your P.O.S. system should inform the customer they are about to incur a fee. Some of your customers may not notice or care, but some of us aren’t ignorant to your deceptive practices. I’m positive you’re also poorly paying your employees and hoping that customer tips make up for your financial negligence. Disgraceful. As for the food, it was average and worth the price but definitely not NY authentic.
