I ordered online for pickup, and I had 5 hungry teen boys in tow that had just spent all day at the waterpark up the road. The staff was very friendly and informative. They were busy and I had placed a large order. They were running a bit behind, but it wasn’t a big deal. They felt bad that I had to wait and gave me a free gallon of drink and an extra 6 pack of biscuits. They went above and beyond to make sure I felt appreciated! Great customer service Monticello KFC!

Visiting from out of state and needed a quick meal and since most places close so early in this area, we decided on KFC because they had later drive thru hours and you could place an order through the convenience of the online app. Placed an order but wasn’t able to get there until right before close. The girl who greeted us via the drive thru was extremely kind and very understanding of our later pick up. She even brought our order out to the car. They were out of biscuits so the Manager was so kind to substitute with a few chicken tenders for the inconvenience. We had a nice conversation with the Manager on duty. She was very professional and truly appeared to love her job, something you do not see much of these days. Customer service is a thing of the past these days but this Manager on duty went above and beyond for the customer even though they were closing in 10 minutes. We will return to this KFC in the future as customer service and courtesy go a long way and she was a terrific example of a hard working employee who cares. KFC, if you haven’t already seen how good of an employee she is, I hope you do now and give her a raise. She deserves it!

Wow, the order is at the window quickly. Everything was hot and fresh. Super nice people work there too. They work really hard there. I used the drive through, but the dining room looked really clean through the window where I parked to eat. This is a really good KFC. Did you know they changed the name to KFC because the State of Kentucky copyrighted the name Kentucky and KFC would have to pay to use it! Be well!

The female staff in the drive through during the evening shift on 10/29 was beyond rude! While vacationing, we ordered and at the window where we picked up food, my husband kindly asked for plates. She commented “next time ask when you order!” She didn’t even provide napkins nor utensils! No there will not be a next time!

What a wierd experience, we went late in a Sunday. Three of us ordered and sat down and waited….and waited…and waited. Finally my Husband went up to ask about our order and was told they flat out forgot about it. We got 2 our of the 3 orders and my husband’s mashed potatoes and gravy was simply a cup of gravy. We just laughed and went back up. The staff was pleasant and fixed everything and we’re pretty easy going so I didn’t have a bad experience but it wasn’t good either.
