My chicken was tough, overcooked, and oily—and it even tasted old. The biscuits were so hard they crumbled apart. This is exactly why I don’t come here. The food is consistently terrible, and it feels like there’s no quality control at all. Why doesn’t management step in to fix this or replace the franchise management with someone who actually cares?

Just purchased 8 piece family meal at the Foxhall ave in Kingston, N.Y. chicken is burnt to a crisp and the corn was dry. Such a disappointment for us.

Had a craving for KFC tonight. When we got to the restaurant on Foxhall Ave, they told us that it would be about 20 minutes for anything with chicken. We decided to go somewhere else. After driving around for a while and not finding anything else we wanted to eat we decided to go back. This time they said it would be about 10. We ordered, paid and settled down in the parking lot. It didn’t take 10 minutes, it was less.

We got our order and upon checking discovered that they had given us a wrong side. I went in to exchange it. When I went inside it smelled like burned fried chicken and there was a haze of smoke. The person at the counter was super nice though. He exchanged the side and we were on our way.

When we got home and opened everything up we discovered that the chicken was waaaaay overcooked. Like bordering on burned to a crisp. The skin tasted burned. In order to eat any of it we had to pick the skin off the pieces we ate. The chicken underneath the charred skin tasted fine. Then we started to eat the coleslaw. It tasted like a dishwasher, like dirty dishwasher water, with the most awful plastic taste and don’t get me started on the aftertaste of the literal two bites I had. We thought maybe it was just the one container so we tried the other and had the same result. Both containers were utterly inedible and we simply threw them away.

Maybe this was just an off night for them, but $58.00 for terrible food will cause me to never go there again.

If you can find another chicken joint to get decent deals from, do so. This place is your local KFC, but it is not the best chicken joint in town. The food quality is low the prices are low, yes, but you’re dealing with some very very bad service. Most of the time the front doors are closed and you have to use the drivethru and other times the drivethru isn’t working and you have to go inside. Nothing is convenient. They’ll often short your food, too.
The staff is generally pleasant, but maybe not great at their jobs. It’s one of those places where you should really only go if you’re desperate for some chicken at a low price. Otherwise you should stay the hell away.
Dude who rang me up told me my total was $11 even when it should have been $10.80 after tax. I guess he stole 20 cents from me?
And lastly, the general range of human beings that come through this KFC can be scary to downright dangerous. Be careful.

I pulled up outside to order had to wait 3 minutes to order. I ordered & as usual had to pull up front & wait 10 minutes before they brought it out. I asked for a straw because I didn’t get one with my soda. She said oh I’m sorry we don’t got no straws today. Everytime I come to kingston it
always takes forever or they don’t have something. I get home and they must have been out of cole slaw covers & there was coleslaw slaw over. I asked for original and got extra crispy. last time I got there.

Went through the drive through as I was on my way through and anted quick, had to pull up and park cool, brought out the two cars after me… Not cool, then brought wrong order to me.

And yea they just swapped items not remade so that’s against the whole food service rules but another day on that I don’t care that much on that but it’s not what should be done.

The staff wasn’t rude or anything they were fine, but I mean I didn’t expect over ten min for drive through either.

I don’t come here often. I ordered food for myself and four coworkers. The food is hot and fresh. Would have been 5 stars across the board but they were out of most of the sauce options.

The manager running the front end was very efficient and good at his job. Restaurant is decently clean for a fried chicken restaurant.

I recently visited the local KFC, and unfortunately, it’s a hit-or-miss experience. The place has a 2.5-star rating, which honestly feels justified based on my visits. One time, I pulled into the drive-thru, and no one even acknowledged I was there. I had to clear my throat loudly to get their attention, and instead of a polite response, the rep started yelling. By the time I got to the window, it was like walking into a war zone. The staff were arguing, and the person at the window was incredibly rude, practically throwing the food at me. It was an uncomfortable and disappointing encounter.

Other times I’ve visited, the restaurant has been consistently dirty. The floors are sticky, the tables haven’t been wiped down, and there’s often a lingering fishy smell, which is odd for a place that specializes in chicken. The food itself is okay, but the poor service and unclean environment really overshadow that. While KFC has its moments, this particular location seriously needs to step up its game in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Until then, it’s a 2.5-star experience at best.

So I went there with a group of friends and the place was slammed with customers and very understaffed. Waited about 20 minutes to get my food. We ate inside and the place was full of smoke. Also the kid waiting on us messed up our orders. Now the good news, the chicken was delicious . A little too salty but still very good. The tables and chairs in the back were old and falling apart. They need to fix the ventilation system in this place and replace the seating. Other than that the food tasted really good.
