We got our order and upon checking discovered that they had given us a wrong side. I went in to exchange it. When I went inside it smelled like burned fried chicken and there was a haze of smoke. The person at the counter was super nice though. He exchanged the side and we were on our way.
When we got home and opened everything up we discovered that the chicken was waaaaay overcooked. Like bordering on burned to a crisp. The skin tasted burned. In order to eat any of it we had to pick the skin off the pieces we ate. The chicken underneath the charred skin tasted fine. Then we started to eat the coleslaw. It tasted like a dishwasher, like dirty dishwasher water, with the most awful plastic taste and don’t get me started on the aftertaste of the literal two bites I had. We thought maybe it was just the one container so we tried the other and had the same result. Both containers were utterly inedible and we simply threw them away.
Maybe this was just an off night for them, but $58.00 for terrible food will cause me to never go there again.
The staff is generally pleasant, but maybe not great at their jobs. It’s one of those places where you should really only go if you’re desperate for some chicken at a low price. Otherwise you should stay the hell away.
Dude who rang me up told me my total was $11 even when it should have been $10.80 after tax. I guess he stole 20 cents from me?
And lastly, the general range of human beings that come through this KFC can be scary to downright dangerous. Be careful.
always takes forever or they don’t have something. I get home and they must have been out of cole slaw covers & there was coleslaw slaw over. I asked for original and got extra crispy. last time I got there.
And yea they just swapped items not remade so that’s against the whole food service rules but another day on that I don’t care that much on that but it’s not what should be done.
The staff wasn’t rude or anything they were fine, but I mean I didn’t expect over ten min for drive through either.
The manager running the front end was very efficient and good at his job. Restaurant is decently clean for a fried chicken restaurant.
Other times I’ve visited, the restaurant has been consistently dirty. The floors are sticky, the tables haven’t been wiped down, and there’s often a lingering fishy smell, which is odd for a place that specializes in chicken. The food itself is okay, but the poor service and unclean environment really overshadow that. While KFC has its moments, this particular location seriously needs to step up its game in terms of cleanliness and customer service. Until then, it’s a 2.5-star experience at best.
Worked in fast food before, get your customer service up or you’ll stay there bro
