Great quality and huge spring rolls for just $7 (avocado shrimp).
There’s usually a line of more than 10 people at any time of the day. It seems to take about 3 minutes per person on average, so the wait can get pretty long.

The spring rolls and smoothies here are always tasty and the prices Tuy charges for her food is probably the lowest in Madison! Great quality HUGE vietnamese spring rolls and fresh smoothies. While all other food carts are mighty expensive for the quantity. And Tuy is also the sweetest lady! It is the worth the wait to eat there! Fresh cool drinks never disappoints. I don’t know what most of us students would do without her generosity and care!

This food truck is the heart and soul of Madison locals. It is sooo incredibly good and I’m willing to wait hours (and it is sometimes hours) for this spring roll and smoothie.
The smoothies have a variety of flavors and sizes and feel like they are made fresh and not from weird juice boxes. I got the strawberry, mango, kiwi flavor. $3
The spring roll is hand made in the truck and SOO good. It is about the size of your head. I got the shrimp with medium spiced sauce (some spice that sits on the tongue but not too much where I have a hard time). I would highly recommend this food truck and if you have the time, wait. The spring roll is only $6.
The owner is so incredibly sweet and kind. She works almost every day and I’m so lucky to work so close.

This is the most incredible food truck. The smoothies are delicious and made with real fruit and ingredients. The giant spring rolls are one of the best things I’ve discovered in Madison. Prices are incredibly low. The only con is the lines get long during the lunch rush, but it’s totally worth it.

Tuy makes the best smoothies and spring rolls! spring rolls are only $6 (a super inexpensive and filling meal) keep in mind the line can be over an hr long during the lunch hours (about 15 people is like a 35-45 min wait)

It is a really good deal with only $5 each.
I had beef, pork, and shrimp rolls. All of them are with good amount of meat, veggies, and rice noodle. Personally I think the most tasty part is the red sauce, a bit spicy and sweet, really opens up the appetite. Highly recommended!

Always fresh, filling, affordable, and delicious. The lady who serves up these ginormous rolls is also very kind and friendly, so it’s quite enjoyable chatting with her if she doesn’t have a line of people that’s 20+ deep which is fairly common during warmer seasons.
