I’m normally a Panera fan. I showed up at 7:30pm with my family for a quick, healthy meal. We were told when we entered to take our food to go because the dining room would close in 20 minutes, despite their being open until 9pm.

I absolutely love the food here! It’s so good and they always have what I want and never run out like other places, the service is excellent as well. Everyone is super nice and ready to answer questions and to help you with any questions you do have. My credit card was scammed at this location. I went to the drive-thru got my paid for my items. Got my stuff returning me thinking the credit card was in with the bag when I left at and returned 10 minutes later advising my credit card was last used at this location. They told me my credit card was not only used for my order but the other drive-thru orders behind me and they would see a credit on my account in two to three days. I would be very leery of using the drive-thru. Make sure you get your credit card back. Do not use a debit card. I am canceling my credit card just because of this compromise. By the way, I called Panera to address the issue and the manager was extremely rude and blame me for not checking that the staff actually returned my credit card and didn’t use it on other customers

Placed a curbside order as I know the drive-thru can get pretty backed up at times. My order was ready on time and came out as soon as I parked. The food taste great and my order was correct only issue is that ive noticed they have started being a little greedy with the chicken for the salad as we could only find 2 small pieces in each.
