This place has gone from ok to horrible and will most likely follow pizza hut in going out of business soon. The staff is incredibly rude andcthe food is horrific at best. Sad because this was always our go to place when our children were younger.

On my last visit my food was not right. I got home after picking it up and it was cold and the chicken was dried out. Normally I would have called the store or brought it back, but it was already late and I misplaced the receipt. You got me this time. But it won’t happen again, I’ll check my food in the drive-thru and not worry about holding up the line or other customers. I feel it was done because they were back up with orders and wasn’t paying attention to what went out.

I have to COMPLETELY COMPLIMENT the staff here….there was a manager Junior and very nice lady “carla”?? Sorry forgot her name and another very cooperative and kind gentleman that helped us when the guy I support accidentally ordered entirely the wrong thing and got the huge meal for $45 as he got confused. He has special needs. After he received the “large” order and was quite upset & confused: we went back up to the counter and it didn’t take them long to understand our situation and immediately fix everything and arrange for his credit card to be credited. I sincerely appreciated this and am very thankful for their compassionate and positive attitudes.

Just in the KFC in Centereach and got charged $3.19 for a cup of ice water! Plus the Mac and Cheese was very dry. When I went in to ask why I was charged for water the manager got very nasty and yelled “don’t you know the cost of everything went up and you have to pay for the cup” what a terrible experience. I will never go back to that KFC again!

Tried to make 2 separate orders going through drive through and for some reason they placed both orders on one check.. I paid for it, because evidently it was stumping the woman, as she rated we can’t do separate orders if you’re in one car.. like what the??

I had to try the new classic fried chicken sandwich…it was delicious and crispy, served on a chewy bun…the perfect combo. It was not greasy or salty. I would definitely have it again.
