I’ve reviewed this KFC before, but it looks like large corporations can pay Google to remove negative reviews. Normally, my complaint is that they frequently run out of chicken, which is kind of ridiculous. But this time I’ll focus on another absurd issue. The drive thru here is frequently closed, for reasons unknown to anyone. And not only is it closed, but you don’t find out until you are already in line and cars are behind you and you need to get out and have everyone back up. Here is a classic method the employees use to close the drive thru. It’s almost comical.

Do not order the beyond fried chicken. It was hard and dry and could not be eaten. When I called to get a refund they offered me a free new 12 count of them and was told that “they are great when they’re fresh” so if you eat them in the first minute of being handed them maybe they are edible. Also the service is slow so the odds of eating your food fresh are slim to none.

My mom and I just stopped here for a quick lunch, haven’t been here in years. Stephanie was AWESOME, so polite, and helpful! She deserves a raise! We will definitely be back after this interaction. Also all the food was made fresh!

For many years this location has been slow to fill orders, but ok.Today, for the 2nd time in a row, half of my order was not given to me. Last time, about 2 months ago, I ordered an 8 piece bucket which comes with 2 large sides. I was only given one of them(Cole slaw) and the gravy for for the second. Tonight I ordered 2 meals and only received one of them. When I returned to the store there was another customer who also didn’t get half of their order standing, waiting for someone to help her to no avail. We both had to call loudly to get help. I got my food, but no one seemed to care that we were extremely disappointed. I will not drive 10 miles for bad service again. I will go to any other location further away to avoid this consistent problem.

Food is good, inside there can be a lot of people and a long wait to order, as well as get your food. Employees are half and half, some are nice and friendly and some look like they’d rather be anywhere else than dealing with you! They do need to work on keeping their store cleaner. Due to the small property they’re on, the take out line can get wrapped around the parking lot when there’s only 5-7 cars in line.

I had an EXCELLENT experience. Mr Kenny Jr and Ta-Shani were amazing. I came in after a rush and the item I wanted was not available. I was disappointed and asked if anything could be done. Kenny Jr suggested he would make a few if I was willing to wait…Of course I did. I was ecstatic I waited and it was well worth it. Keep up the great work Kenny Jr and your team.

Horrible experience, first they had hair in my cinnamon twist..(Disgusting)
Then the soda fountain needed to be changed, it was all syrupy concentrate. Last of all, the 5 dollar box I got, the code had already been used. I haven’t had Taco bell in 3 years and they definitely reminded me why. Will be calling corporate about this experience..smh
Should definitely be negative stars, but they force me to give one for my review..

Maybe the employees were under duress, having a bad day or whatever. This first time visit for me was so under par it left me speachless.
Out of all the KFC’s I been to, this one’s title was KFC/TACO BELL, it’s the first one I’ve seen combined with another company. Too much stress for the employees?
It is still no excuse. The supervisor? was working the front counter taking orders. I was trying to see what was on the menu with my poor vision and ask price questions at the same time. Her annoyed look and body language left me the with the impression that she did not want to be bothered. While answering my questions, she was speaking to an employee in the back.
I would have just left, but I needed something to eat, I was shaking and getting sick from not eating all day, before hitting the road again to go home.
I ordered a meal that included a box meal with original fried chicken wings. I got my order and went outside to my car to eat it. Sitting in the parking lot under the lights, I opened the box and started eating a wing. It was overly salted and after tasting it and looking closer at the piece, I found it was way overcooked to the point of being on the burnt side.
I wanted to take this order back inside, but I didn’t think my legs would make it. I needed to get home because it was dark and my eyesight was not great for night driving.
I ate two of the wings and left. At home, I ate the Cole slaw, mashed potatoes and threw out the other two wings.
And if you are wondering if I call and complain then, the answer is no. I made up my mind that I will never go back there again. Customer service is important to me as well as the food. And if they actually serve burnt chicken to customers THAT by itself is a TOTAL TURN OFF to me!!
If I could give no stars, that’s what they would get!

Very unhappy with this KFC! I love the specific taste of their Original chicken but they seem to run out a lot! It was 730. They were out of original whole wings. I asked what time they close. They said the KFC closes at 10 but they weren’t gonna make anymore chicken for the night. That’s 2 and 1/2 hours. Sorry but that’s some BS! This happened to me 2 other times too but it was after 8pm. All within a month. It makes people go to POPEYES. I heard another customer say they were and I did one of those times b4 too so whomever is running the place…. YOU’RE LOSING BUSINESS! That makes people not wanna come back too!

Got in line at 740. It was one person ahead of me. I got to the register by 8pm. By then the line was getting longer by the minute. Waited almost 20 minutes for NOTHING. The place was dirty. It smelled like wet socks. The staff was unpleasant and incompetent. Lines got longer the staff played more and more. I had to ask for a refund. That took an additional 5 minutes. This place is disgusting. You couldn’t pay me to go back
