Closed for construction In March 2022, Phone line is always busy. No indication when Essex might reopen. I highly recommend St Albans KFC UPDATE—Here are photos of construction at Essex KFC on July 3rd, 2023. Piles of dirt and concrete on drive through and in front of pick up window. Maybe next summer!

The only KFC in the Burlington area. Dining room was closed and only drive thru was open, hours were limited due to lack of staff. Food was good and the only two people working at the time still managed being friendly and nice to customers.

Constantly understaffed. Don’t bother using the app because you still have to wait in the drive-up line to get your order. By the time I received my order it was already getting cold. I made it halfway home and realized that I should probably check the order and it was incorrect. I got an 8 piece instead of a 12-piece. By the time I got back to the store it was completely cold. I had to wait in the drive-up line once again just to ask for a manager. The manager personally put together my order to make sure that it was correct and gave me some extra fries for my troubles. That was the only good part of my experience. Instead of eating dinner at 6 p.m. I had dinner at 7 p.m. that night. I may never go to KFC in Essex Junction again. Apparently the store owner just doesn’t care.

Won’t be coming here anymore. I really can’t blame some of the employee’s cause they’re just trying to make money, but our last experience there was brutal. Food was cold, forgot some of our stuff, employee wouldn’t answer my question about food on the menu…this place needs to shut down Check other reviews…

Decent, no indoor dining. They separated ladies and men’s bathroom to instead be employee and guest which is a nice idea. I get a number 7, no pickles and ask to change the coleslaw to anything else they have. Sometimes they let me get the chicken sandwich flavored if I ask, and I don’t think they have to. It’s not on the menu at least. Still it’s fast food, so about twenty minutes later if you have any metabolism at all you will want to make a deposit in the latrine.

This is the manager that told me to “leave her line”because I asked her what kind of things come with the fill up, she and I quote said “I don’t know what that is”. We’re both confused and she gets loud and says “You need to leave my line”. ?? What’s the point of that. Very rude. Poorly managed. Poorly staffed. If the management is this bad imagine how bad the food is. If you come here be prepared to deal with this lady she’s off. She shouldn’t be working here.

Horrible horrible service, ordered food online. Received email confirmation of order and payment was given a confirmation number. Updated email that my food was ready. Went to location to be told they don’t use online service. Would not even acknowledge my emailed confirmation and order number. Out 76.67. Completely rude staff. Left me feeling as though I was in the wrong. Awful customer service. Had to call my bank and cancel my card to clear transaction. Total nightmare.
