I almost never ever write a positive a review especially for a fast food restaurant, but the experience I had was definitely worth taking a second to talk about. We walked in and were greeted immediately. Our order was out within a few minutes and was 100% accurate, hot, and fresh. The staff was very inviting and all though we don’t eat fast food much I’ll definitely be back. Thank you for the care you took with us. Best customer service I’ve had in years with fast food.

It sounds like a lot of these complaints are about things beyond the restaurants control, so I think it makes sense to order ahead of time and base your review on what was in their control. Not perfect, it probably sucks to work there, but I’ve been there three times and aside from waiting a whole for a pickup in the drive thru, I’ve got quality each time

My husband used to love KFC, me not so much. He went to the Hooksett NH store 3/30/2023 and ordered a bucket of chicken, coleslaw and potatoes with gravy and rolls. The chicken was cold and dry, (and overcooked) coleslaw (which used to be a fav) tasteless, potatoes same tasteless flavor and the biscuits I gave to my horse. Very dry and no butter. This food isn’t cheap. Never again!!

So they constantly false advertise always showing a new freeze drink you cabt have cuz there freeze machine has been broken for a year at least if not longer…I have been trying to get one there all the time when I go almost every Tuesday and it’s kinda upsetting more on hot days now…also the service is extremely slow and it’s like play rushing rulet cuz u could order one thing and get something completely different….so sad should be making a lot of money… instead they go through employees like they r candy and they hire little kids who don’t know how to do anything

Simple order. 1 5pc tender with fries and mash and gravy. Then a 3pc chicken box with fries and mash and gravy. 2 things of sause for the tender. I got 5 tenders no sides no sause and then 3pc chicken with Mac and cheese and coleslaw. These people want more money but can’t seem to fulfill simple tasks.

This location is very disappointing. My Fiancé went to KFC at 8pm and they were out of nearly everything. the staff stated they were not going to make any more food and were only selling what was already made 2 HOURS prior to closing. I called the manager to ask for more information regarding who I can speak to given that the manager himself was there and allowing this. He stated he couldn’t give me any information at all and that there was no one above him I could speak to…. If you own this location please do better

I went inside to redeem a voucher I had for $10. So I got 2 chicken bowls. I knew there would be money I would owe them and I was ready to pay. The woman behind the counter helping me was extremely nice and funny. She ended up needing the manager to override it. I ended up getting my order for free. Very nice people here.
