ALWAYS DO AN ONLINE ORDER and use the available coupons on the app. Don’t try calling orders in. They are fast at preparing your order and carry out is the best bet as the app will usually give you a coupon for 50% your order the next week, got 3 large specialty pizzas for $33. The young lady at the window was very kind and I am grateful for the late hour it’s open.

Horrible don’t order from here manager on duty on the 27 of May 2023 can’t handle the business or customers lack there of responsibilities with dealing with customers and don’t even know where her employees are at. Called the North Main location on 12/19/2022 to order pizzas for my students. Manager answered the phone and first stated that the North Main location didn’t deliver until the evening time. As I was trying to place a carryout order and use a “Slice My Price” fundraiser card, the manager then told me that it was a one time use card. I tried to explain to her that I’ve had the card since December 2021 (it expires 12/31/2022) and I’ve used the card before placing large orders. She then began to use a condescending tone with me as if I did not comprehend. Because she was rude, I ended the call with her and called another location, and of course that location allowed me to use the fundraiser card. Management needs customer service training and she needs to be updated on store policies.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The cashier actually cracked her knuckles when I asked questions about pricing. Like she would beat me up or something. Did an online order for delivery. Was first time for this location to order. Waited about 90 mins and the online status sat at QC for 35 or so. Then my order was cancelled. When I called the store the automated system recognized my number and my order. When asked for an explanation after getting through to talk to someone I was given a lousy answer as to why. Highly unacceptable and will not order from this location in the future.
