This Domino’s is the poster child for why independent franchises need better oversight. They do not care about customer service—unless you count arguing and gaslighting as service.
Last time, my pizza was undercooked and the manager tried to convince me it was “fine.” Today? I asked for light sauce (as I always do), and 3 out of 8 slices were swimming in sauce like it was a soup. I let them know before leaving, and since my order was placed 20 minutes earlier, they had plenty of time to fix it right.
Instead, they got real passive-aggressive, made me move while my pizza was literally coming out of the oven, then hit me with a replacement pizza that was so overloaded with sauce it was falling apart. Like… really? Petty much?
If I wanted drama with my dinner, I’d turn on reality TV—not stop by Domino’s.
Do better.

I ordered a medium two topping pizza with ham and pepperoni, a large sausage and 8 count plain wings around 7:20pm on 11/01/2024. The pizzas were very disappointing. They were over cooked, the crust was very thin and I asked for hand tossed and there were no garlic sauce on the crust. ALSO there was no cheese when i asked for cheese. it did not taste good whatsoever. I’ve worked at Dominos before and that dough was sitting out too long causing the pie to be very thin.
This is not the first time I recieved pizzas like this.
Unfortunately, i don’t think we’ll be eating from here again.

I previously ordered and paid for pizza then received the incorrect/someone else’s order. The second and third time I ordered from this location I paid for then received old salads two days away from expiration so the lettuce was red and the entire salad soggy. And this time… this time was worst of all because I finally decided to stand up for myself and call in. The delivery driver sat in his car outside while my order sat in his car getting cold even after I included a tip with my online order. When I approached his vehicle after waiting for him to approach the door, he told me he was on a phone call then asked me how long he was there. When I called into the location and told the manager I will bring the pizza back entirely… tomorrow without eating dinner because my pizza was cold the manager hung up on me, refused to provide me with his name and hung up again after I called back then began to slander my name saying I used profanity towards them because he didn’t want to simply provide me with his name.

I placed the order online yesterday about twelve p m.It was supposed to be ready at 1258 pm. Went to pick up my order at 1:20pm in the order was nowhere to be found. The young man talked to another and came back and asked me again to show them the online order.Then, they come up with it was a computer glitch. Then I had to wait another15 minutes for them to make it. If I wasn’t just getting off from work and want to go home and feed my family.I would have canceled it was to use to make an online order.And it’s not ready. And I feel like you’re just giving me excuses, because the order wasn’t ready. I won’t be back to that one again

I ordered 4 pizzas one was made incorrect, the Caesar salad I order was brown and slimy, and my garlic twist had cinnamon in it as well. Called to let them know and they said they couldn’t do anything about it because my kids had eaten some of the pizza

Ordered the pizza when it arrive it’s burnt they said that they cannot do anything about it because my nephew took some pizzas out of it. I never seen spinach black on a pizza. This is the worst ever so be careful when you place your order.

Our pizzas always come out perfect and the service is always kind. I mean every place has their ups and down but for the past few months they’ve been on point.

So here’s the issue. It doesn’t happen all the time but they do make pizzas wrong. They do not use the weight system, and they slide them down the line faster than they can put the toppings on correctly. We have always tried to get our pizza’s made correctly prior to even them making them. When we go in and we see the pizza not being weighed out or used to scale we get told we’re complaining about them not using the right way to make their pizzas. The management told me not to come back to the store due to him saying I’m complaining and saying I am the only person that’s had bad food from that location. For every customer that doesn’t speak up for bad quality/ rude service the company choose to say it’s okay to be able to make bad quality food and they get mad at a customer for speaking up to make sure they make better food not just for our family but the families that come after. Just a recommendation I would really like to see y’all start feeling these stories with employees instead of running yourselves exhausted being Short-handed.
