So normally when I talk on here it’s about mostly food only. Not today. Today is about customer service. I wish I got this kids name but I couldn’t see his name tag. All I can say is he is Asian, and has alot of hair. Almost like a surfer from California. He was by far the GREATEST person I’ve EVER delt with in a drive thru. He was so professional, smiling, greeting etc. He delivered a 10 outta 10 performance! If management sees this and knows who I’m talking about do whatever you can to keep him at your location! He’s got a huge amount of potential and upside! Don’t lose this young man. Whatever he decides to do in life he will absolutely succeed!

Had trouble with the application withdid the food order manger was very helpful trying to get my order can not get it so he asked me what I ordered then he went got my order and told me how much I paid him for it he told me to look at my bank to see if I was charged for it if I did to call let him know he was very helpful and friendly the only thing I don’t like to exit the store u think I could just back up take left but you it hard to do it you have to take right if you don’t and you take a left you have to cut in line to exit

Food was great. Service was terrible. I ordered dinner for four using the KFC app. When it was delivered we found they had omitted half the chicken. I called the store and they said I had to call an 800 corporate number since I had placed the order using the app! I called the 800 number and got put on hold and finally gave up. Big thumbs down.

This place still don’t let anyone order in. COVID was 3 years ago and this place still afraid to open it’s door. Cars just waiting at the drive thru. Many cars left cause they don’t want to wait. Definitely losing business.

I’ve put in an order in Grubhub for this. The gentleman was nice, my phone had issues, but he was nice enough none the less. Though the food from the restaurant is another story. Ordered 2 famous bowls, 2 drinks and potato wedges and the only thing that came normal was the wedges, one of the famous bowl had cardboard material in it, the bowls had more popcorn chicken then it did portato or corn, did not come in with gravy what so ever, and the drinks was also off too. Ordered 2 mountain dew and both tasted VERY different, one tasted like carbonated water while the other tasted like lemonade and Hi-C.

10-23-22: As a life long customer of this particular KFC and almost never having a bad meal, today was different. The two piece combo I purchased today was horrible. Specifically the meat was very tough making it difficult to chew and it was almost tasteless. The mashed and gravy looked good, but tasted like paste. I wonder what happened???
