Stopped in here for a Mac and Cheese bowl Spicy. At least this KFC knows how to make it right. My last KFC experience gave me mashed potatoes instead of Mac and Cheese. This one was fantastic and plenty spicy. Staff super friendly and courteous.

My dad came into the store with 2 hours left until closing asking for extra fried chicken. The supposed to be supervisor said they couldn’t do that since they were going to close soon even though it would only take a few extra minutes. My dad then asked to speak with someone and a guy came out yelling and screaming to fight. My dad knowing that I was in the car didn’t want to start any problems so left.

I have given this place so many opportunities and everytime they fail! One of the worst places to visit. I wanted to order a chicken tender meal but was told they had no chicken tenders. So I ordered a sandwich that was suppose to come with nuggets. Looks like they took a chicken breast and sliced it into pieces to make the order. The staff has no clue on being professionals. Let’s not mention the wait with only 3 cars in the drive through. How is this establishment in business is besides me.

I just went to the Auburn Massachusetts KFC, 3/20/23 at 3:50pm. The young man at the drove through said they did not have the bacon chicken sandwich. I said I’ll take the chicken tenders, he said no chicken tenders. I asked him what he had and he rudely said CHICKEN. If this is the way you do business, no wonder KFC is failing. This is one of the worst KFC a have ever been to. The always advertised different food combo but when you order them they never have it or they’re not making it right now ( what ever that means) if I can give them a 1/4 star review I would. I spent half of my lunch to go there for nothing.

This one of the most ghetto Taco bell/KFCs and that’s saying a lot considering we all know that the service at every location sucks, but here every time you come it’s a guessing game, either the front lobby locked or you pull up to the drive thru and they tell you to come inside. Then it’s either just KFC that night or just taco bell they can’t operate half the establishment at a time let alone the whole thing. So save your time, don’t bother going her unless you like waiting forever so that you can be disappointed anyway

This place is awful. More often than not, this place is understaffed. My kid likes the fried chicken so I’ve had to wait in the drive thru line for over 45 mins more than once. You get there and there might be four cars in line but you should just shut your engine off because you’re gonna spend your afternoon in line. Oh, and they might be out of everything by the time you get to the window. Most deserved 1 star I’ve ever given.
