We went there waited 15 minutes till someone came to wait on us. When they did the manager told her to take car of the drive thru first. We had 4 more customers in line behind us. I asked for extra crispy chicken and was told the guy that cooks is on break will take us about 40 minutes to cook more chicken. Do what else do we order ITS A CHICKEN place. The cooking area and table were FILTHY. Fur wre in my party we turned around and left after waiting over 20 minutes just to order and be told no chicken ready. Worse KFC we have EVER been too. 461 Center st Ludlow MA…..I will NEVER RETURN.

Best thing about my order was the biscuits were fresh made (albeit I had to wait 11 minutes for them) and the sweet lightening mountain dew. My 12 pc chicken strips were soggy, they forgot all 6 of my sauces and I ordered a spicy slaw chicken wrap which they forgot the slaw. Absolute worst customer service forgot an entire meal on an 80$ order. Went back to pick it up after calling and they tried to charge me! Asked for the manager and the manager tried to charge me. Didn’t give any of my sauces. Food was ok. Very disappointed for the price I was charged and the way I was treated. Ordered online to save then time expect my order to be accurate and not have to make 2 trips and when I do be treated with respect and not charged twice. Get it together kfc.

Cant trust this place. Ordered delivery through doordash when I open my Mac and cheese there was a dead fly right on top sealed inside. Refused to eat anything from my order because if they can let that go out the door for delivery what else are they letting slide. Suggest that an inspector does a walk through of that location.
