Today was the first time I noticed the line started from both ends of the counter. They take your order before your at the register and the food is ready by the time its your turn to pay. Maybe a 5 minute wait during lunch time wasnt bad. Tried jalapeños on the burger suggest by a friend, they added the perfect amount of extra flavor needed and went well with my chili. The pecan pie for dessert was delicious. The young lady at the register had no people skills or motivation. Only thing keeping away 5 stars on service.

Staff is a bunch of old ladies who seem to have no real customer service skills, acted macho and rude to new customers unfamiliar with the order style of menu. I hot diarrhea for 6 hours after eating a cheeseburger fries and soda here. It is very cheap and plain like you are back in 1960s. Unfortunately it made me sick and service was poor. We won’t go back.

Visited for the first time, great food, able to accommodate some food allergies, just ask when ordering your food. The employees love what they do and appeared to love what they do.

I felt like I stepped back into the 80’s. The prices were great and the food was good. Atmosphere was dated and kinda weird. I got the cheese burger with fries. Everything was really good. The fries reminded me of how the McDonald fries used to be when they were good.
Seems like an iconic place to visit and I’d say you definitely want to try it.

Dude? WTH – thought I was seeking out a local gem by all the great ratings. Ended up with a complete dud.
What is all the fuss about? The food was Mid at best, wait was very long, workers were not excited to be there. DO NOT order the “famous” fish sandwich.

Best hamburgers ever, great french fries, fountain Pepsi is better than most fast foods, always have great pies. Their lettuce is pieces of lettuce NOT shredded ( easier to eat if you are driving) Staff is great and service is fast. Old hometown atmosphere and the only fast food where I LOVE their hamburgers ( which their meat is locally purchased, don’t think it’s ever frozen) and I think their buns come from the local bread company ( Nichols Bread).Absolutely the best!!
