I just wanna take a moment to shout out this Starbucks team because they seriously work their tails off. People forget how many drinks they’re making at once it’s not just us in the store, it’s mobile orders, drive-thru, and everyone running on caffeine. They’re doing their best, and it really shows. I’ll happily drive the extra few minutes to come to this location, and honestly… I’m always hoping Sabas is working. He just has this way of making my whole day better. His energy and kindness always stand out, even on the busiest mornings. People like him are the reason I keep coming back. Yeah, sometimes the wait is a little longer, but that’s because they’re taking care of so many people at once. And they still keep a good attitude through it all.

My drinks were good but I got the first one a little bit late but I didn’t get the second one until 20+ minutes after it was supposed to be done. This has also happened to me the last few times I’ve gone. I will say there was a blond girl who was working really hard but there was a few people who were kinda just standing around.

The staff have always been very polite. I have never gone on the inside to order food or beverages, however the drive thru moves very quickly. The staff, all hours I utilized this locations services, are always courteous, greeting you in the drive-through upon arrival/ordering board & at the window you receive your order/pay for items ordered.

I ordered the cheese fruit protein box . They gave me one that expired the same day. (Order ahead drive thru) so I’m taking care of my brother-in-law, my hands are full, I’m in the car, So I can’t eat my box while driving obviously. and then I get all the way home and start eating and it taste funky. Cheese is super bad and apples taste gross, crackers are even kinda stale. So I Checked the date and it expired today. 7/22. Grapes are all mushed up also, plus it’s missing some of the cheese?? So I call the store asking for a refund and they tell me they can’t do it over the phone and I have to come in. In what world am I gonna drive all the way back to Starbucks with this box, expired cheese and fruit in my car on a 90 degree day?? Uh no. Just so gross and I’m also extremely busy. lol just a joke. I wouldn’t consider myself the type to leave bad reviews. This is just insane. I am not blaming the employees whatsoever – they do amazing- I’m just mad at Starbucks as a whole. Do better.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but yesterday’s visit to the café made my day better. The girl handled my order with a very personal touch, the service was top-notch, the drink exceeded expectations, and the staff was welcoming and attentive to details.

This location is pretty disappointing compared to most other Starbucks. The service is consistently slow, and they almost always get drink orders wrong, especially if you ask for a milk substitution. No matter what you request, it usually comes with the default milk. The cafe itself doesn’t have much atmosphere and feels a bit bare. There’s no merchandise for sale other than coffee beans, so no mugs, tumblers, or anything interesting to browse. Overall, it’s just a very basic, generic store that doesn’t live up to the usual Starbucks experience.
