Honestly one of the best experiences of a simple, cost effective sandwich served by friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. I admit that it is a bit confusing the layout when you first enter but go past the sitting area to where you order your food and you won’t be dissapointed.
The staff greeted me with a smile and informed me of the menu and specials for the day. I had a apple-bacon panini and added turkey as so many suggested. This is the right choice. It was simple and timely and tasted great with the pepper jelly.
The location is clean, very easy to identify what you are ordering and simple to read.
I would reccomend this as a go to for a quick bite to eat that is affordable and don’t feel gross after eating as the ingredients are fresh and stored correctly.
Would highly reccomend if in the area.

I really had high expectations of this place as the reviews were so good. However, my experience was not as positive as all the others. I had soup and salad which were fine. My husband on the other hand ordered a BLT… he had two pieces of bacon in his sandwich and that’s it.!! And they looked like halves from a single. They didn’t even cover the length of the bread. The lettuce and tomato were fresh but really?!?! It was all bread! He paid $8 and removed a slice of bread and ate what was in there on the other slice. And I had read “generous portions” when looking it up online. What a disappointment! I won’t be going back unfortunately. I wish we had taken a photo. It was pretty pathetic.

Happy to support this business owner that truly gives back to the community. It was touching to see the smiles on the parents and children’s faces that visited the Lunch Table to pickup school supplies that the owner generously laid out, all for free. Exceptionally kind owner AND we LOVED the food.

Wonderful place to grab a sandwich or salad. I grabbed a Reuben and it did not disappoint, definitely one of the better Reubens I’ve had and probably the best in town. A whole sandwich was the perfect size for a meal.
My partner got the apple bacon panini and it was excellent. I would recommend trying it, it sounds a little strange on paper but the flavors really come together and I was really impressed with it.

Probably the best sandwich / salad shop in L/A (they have soup as well, have not tried.) Portions are large with super fresh ingredients. This place would be mobbed all the time if people knew about them.

I absolutely love this restaurant. They have unique and delicious menu options. I really love the Gray Sky Remedy. Healthy and delicious. Also, if you order chips and a drink you get a free delicious “homemade” (in the restaurant) chocolate chip cookie. The proprietor is so friendly and accommodating. If you haven’t tried this place… you definitely should! Try everything on the menu… seriously.

This past week we had Jonathan come into the barber shop and tell us that he owned a lunch spot in thrown that we hadn’t tried yet.he said the Ruben was one of the most popular sandwiches and now i understand why. He was a great guy and sent us our lunch for free today and every sandwich was better than the last. I will definitely be getting lunch here on my days off! Thank you for being a rad guy and for providing the town with great food!

Food was absolutely delicious! I got the Reuben. The sandwich had the Perfect amount of sauerkraut to corned beef ratio. They also grill the sandwich which takes it a step higher! Best lunch spot in Lewiston!
