We visited here on our way through town. The restaurant opened about 15 minutes later than it said on the door and online. There was a weird smell in the restaurant other than that of seafood. The food was tasteless and quite frankly the driest food I have ever had. It was very disappointing because we were only in LA for the day. Needless to say, we will not be back. The two stars was for the coleslaw and the dirty rice. Our waitress was excellent!

Hands down best quality for the price in New Orleans. We have travelled far and wide for great oysters, crabs, crawfish and seafood gumbo. This place is a grand slam!!!! This is the real deal. Super friendly owners and staff. Can’t wait for our return visit.

What a quaint little restaurant with amazing tasting food. Their menu is quite extensive. If there’s anything that you’re craving, you better believe it’s going to be on their menu. My favorite was the cheese filled bondin balls, yummm I also had 2lbs of crawfish that were seasoned perfectly, having just the right amount of spice and salt. The dungeness crab was also delicious.

Good Lordy this place is a solid 5 stars. We sat down fast, the service was super friendly & helpful. Server recommended stuffed crabs & boy was she right on. Delicious!! Crab cakes with remoulade sauce was the best I’ve had. And I normally don’t like tarter sauce but theirs was great. Definitely will come back to this restaurant again.

I came here while on vacation last weekend. I ordered the fish and shrimp. I had the fish fried and the shrimp grilled and blackened. The fish could have been cooked a bit longer for my liking but tasted good. However, the grilled shrimp were very chewy and over cooked. The corn I ordered as a side was good and definitely spicy. I was not a fan of the mac n cheese, it tasted like buttered pene. If I were to visit again I would definitely get the shrimp fried and ask for my fish to be cooked a tad bit longer and I would steer clear of the mac because there is not much cheese. We had the crawfish tails as an appetizer and the were good and I would absolutely order those again! My friend had the roast beef po boy with fries and she said it was delicious! Her husband enjoyed a nice bowl of gumbo also.

Nice place with good prices. Very tasty fried fish and shrimp. The waiters are good at their job. Very polite and caring to help with everything. The place is well decorated and didn’t have to wait long for the food. The place is quite noisy, so you won’t be able to sit in silence. The portions are large, some of the food had to be taken home. Only pasta was tasteless, it was as if overcooked.
