Excellent meal! I had a House Burger (extra patty, no onion, add avocado, medium rare). Delicious … flavorful & juicy. Sidewinder Fries were even better… perhaps the best fries I’ve eaten. Service was solid … the server was on top of beverage refills. I arrived 40 minutes before the last shuttle to Copper, and they turned around my order quickly (much appreciated!). My best dining experience in a week at Copper & Frisco.

I got an avocado and cucumber sushi and it tasted like it doesn’t had any salt and i was given chopsticks and im clueless abt it when i was trying to ask for help i barely got a help and then i asked again to get the helper. And i was seated just beside the bar counter and i felt very uncomfortable. May be they do have any space inside the restaurant besides the bar counter, irrespective of the excuse, i felt uncomfortable and couldn’t enjoy the food. Also the people who took my order, i can smell alcohol from them.

The vegan offerings were excellent. We had the asparagus roll, cucumber avocado roll, seaweed salad, lettuce wraps, and a couple mocktails.
All were quite good – my two highlights were the seaweed salad and the lettuce wraps. I have not had a seaweed salad served on a bed of lettuce and, much to my surprise, it works! The lettuce wrap was different from other lettuce wraps I have had and were also quite tasty.
They also have a dog friendly patio with water for your pups.

This location was busy and waiters do double duty cleaning tables. Bread was great. Trout was good. Sushi was better. Our waiter was not friendly when questioned on menu items. Later in the evening, I observed the staff shortage and did understand. I would be patient visiting this location.

$16.43 for a to go salmon roll with 5 small pieces. I understand a small charge for the container, but a $2 service charge as a “tip” for the kitchen? I will never get food here again.

We came here for dinner the first night of our Copper trip and the sushi was phenomenal! We split multi rolls and everything was excellent, including the presentation.

This place is terrible. First off the food… there super spicy crunch roll tasted off and on my second piece the entire shrimp shell was not peeled. Sent it back. The rangoons…. gross…. and the “ribeye” gyozq had some weird spice in it they were also un-edible.
There was a table of 6 girls alone no parents or anything literally yelling and screaming, and another man sitting beside us yelling non stop, multiple tables were visibly annoyed.
We had Thai lettuce wraps only thing semi edible.
We stayed 5 days on vail and another 5 days in breck this was by far the worst place we ate at. Including McDonald’s drive through

Some of the best miso soup I’ve ever had. I did not like the rice for some reason. My food looked much better than it tasted. The white house wine from New Zealand was rather nice. Service was good. I’d go to Dillon for sushi next time though.

Pretty average experience. The service was a bit slow. We ordered two premium rolls. The Vesuvius was over baked and not that good. The spicy crunchy roll was pretty good. The Philadelphia roll was okay, but the cream cheese was cold out of the fridge and pretty cold, solid texture. The chicken Caesar wrap was incredibly fishy, so much so it overpowered any other flavor. The sidewinder fries were pretty good. Overall a bit disappointed given the final price.

This is a great restaurant stop in Frisco! We always stop here if we’re paying through. The prices are good. I love French fries and the French fries here are AMAZING. possibly the best I’ve ever had. Good place to hang out if I70 isn’t doing so well.
