First time visiting this franchise. The cerviche was excellent, very rich and tasteful, the chicken tortilla soup was really good as well. My nephew had the nachos and they were not up to his expectations but were edible. The mango mojito was we’ll made! Loved everything I had! My nephew really wanted s frozen margarita but they only had one the rocks and he got a pineapple maragrita but did not enjoy it. I took one star off because of his experience.

My husband and I stopped by this restaurant for lunch yesterday as we were shopping in the area. The atmosphere was a very happy vibe, the food was absolutely delicious from the salsa to the entrée, and Carlos, our waiter, went above and beyond to make our dining experience, lovely. The manager even checked in on us to make sure our experience was positive. She was extremely kind and a pleasure to talk to.

Walked in and was immediately greeted and seated. Server assistant brought us water, chips and salsa. We were then ignored for a full 10 minutes. I saw a different server assistant tell our server that we had been there and our server asked him, Marcus, to take our order which he did and entered it in the computer. Marcus also brought us our drinks. Our server finally showed up at the table with our food. CL used to be our favorite restaurant until today. After our server dropped our food off, he never came back to the table to check on us. We had to ask another server for more salsa and when we had been finished for some time, the server finally showed back up after walking past us several times as well as sitting down at an employees area in the back of the restaurant. He asked us if we wanted dessert, we both said no and then he walked past us several times again without dropping the check. He did find time to hang all over one of the regulars at the bar though. I’ll be honest, I was a both a server and a GM for 45 years in this area and if any of my employees gave service like this guy did they would have been fired. I did tip him over 20% because he claimed he didn’t understand the change breakdown I asked for and I didn’t want to wait another 15 minutes for what I wanted. I didn’t realize it at the time, but after checking the menu prices when I got home, he had overcharged us by $4.00. I’m well aware of servers using the trick of having managers take things off of a cash check and pocketing the money and I’m pretty sure that is what happened. We will miss the place, but we will not be back. Time to find another Mexican restaurant where the servers are professional and actually serve their guests. Our bill, well, the fraudulent bill was $44.17 and I would normally tip $20 on that. Had he given me the change breakdown I asked for, he would have gotten $6. Instead he got $10 because I didn’t want to wait, plus probably another $4 for absolutely garbage service. This will also be reported to corporate. Do better, the restaurant was nowhere near busy.

The food at Cantina Laredo was very good, especially the guacamole-fresh, flavorful, and definitely a highlight. The tuna tacos were delicious and packed great flavor, though they were smaller than expected. We sat on the patio for lunch, which was pleasant, but the service was quite slow. It was busy, which may explain the delay, but we didn’t get much attention and had to ask for more chips. Overall, tasty Mexican food but service could use improvement.

Excellent Food & Exceptional Allergy-Aware Service
We had a fantastic dining experience at Cantina Laredo. The food was absolutely delicious—well-seasoned, fresh, and beautifully presented. We ordered the ceviche, catch of the day, snapper with yellow rice and asparagus, tortilla soup, and the Cancun entrée. Every dish was flavorful and satisfying.
What truly stood out was the service. Both the waitress and the manager went above and beyond to accommodate our food allergies. They were knowledgeable, thorough, and made sure we felt confident in every item we ordered.
We chose to sit outside on the patio, which added to the experience with a relaxed, pleasant evening atmosphere. Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for great food and genuinely attentive service.

I ordered the steak fajitas reluctantly due to the $27 price, but was surprised to find it was actually high quality tender steak cut into long strips. It was excellent. My only complaint would be not enough of the dressings, i.e. onions, bell peppers etc.

My boyfriend and I love coming here! It’s delicious food, amazing service, and a great atmosphere. We’ve had Fernando as a server a few times and he’s the best!! He goes above and beyond every time. We come back for many reasons, but the main being the service we get when we’re here. I highly recommend this place! 🙂

A local referred us to Cantina Laredo for lunch and we quite enjoyed our experience! We tried the quesadilla and the Cancun (variety entre). The house salsa, queso, & quac were all really tasty. The food was definitely fresh and service on point. However, a point of feedback is that we both noticed the chicken in each of our dishes was fairly plain with not much flavor, but the sauces certainly helped. Overall, very positive experience and happy we visited.

My food was severely under seasoned. If you have any taste buds do not go here. The beans absolutely tasted like NOTHING. If you are used to no seasoning, this is the place for you. My food was plain NO SALT. My sisters tasted a little more seasoned and my moms was great. Such a gamble for the money you pay. The place is so nice and pretty but fall short on the food may be a tourist trap. Beans were left on the plate.
