Great visit to grab breakfast this morning. We started out with a very pleasant and happy employee at the front counter. Madeline was smiling, eager and very helpful with placing our order. Today we had two Bacon, Egg and Cheese biscuit combos with hash browns and orange juice and the Mini 4 count with hash browns and orange juice. Our meal came out hot and fresh to our table. Kathy was another smiling face that brought the food to us. She was a very sweet and helpful employee that really made our visit even better. Not only did she deliver the food, but she may sure we had napkins and condiments. She even visited with us at our table and we talked a little about international travel and the beautiful country of Guatemala. It was a pleasure speaking with her and we enjoyed her company and her very positive attitude. We would definitely return to this location due to the care and service provided by Madeline and Kathy. Nothing like great service and a great meal!

I visited the Muscle Shoals Alabama location on 10/23/25 during the lunch rush. The dining room and the drive thru were completely full. I came inside for my order. I was in and out of the restaurant within 2 minutes of placing my order. My food was hot and fresh and very tasty except the fries. Most places these days don’t add salt to fries and understand the logic. It would be nice if the staff would inform the guests when fries are not seasoned. No matter what, I will still come back to Chick-fil-A. The customer service and facility standards are top notch.

I only eat here for breakfast since I’ve heard so much bad stuff about their chicken sandwich. I usually don’t have a issue with the breakfast but my sandwich today was pretty bad. The bread was hard and burnt under the bottom. Was really disappointed and since I’m working I didn’t have time to go back and show them. Hopefully they’ll do better next time

Came here to get some food after not eating all day I ordered a chicken sandwich and some nuggets and a frosted lemonade and this might have been the worst food I have ever tasted in my life my chicken was severely sour not like pickle juice sour it tasted like oil that has never been changed mixed with with nail polish remover my ranch tasted old and it literally burned my mouth when I ate it that isn’t normal my nuggets were sopping in grease and the only thing redeeming from any of this was the bun from the sandwich and the lemonade

I visited this chick fil a while on a field trip with my daughter.
The staff was friendly. One lady kept offering to refill our drinks. She was precious!
The kids loved the play area , chicken, and ice cream per usual.

I used the Chick fil a app to order 200 nuggets for my daughter’s birthday party. I used this location since it was closest to where her party was located.
There wasn’t an option for me to order waffle fries ahead of time under “catering”
I called the store and they quickly added 10 orders of the waffle fries to my order.
They didn’t start preparing the food til my husband arrived to pick it up. I was under the impression it would be ready upon arrival, but it wasn’t that big of a deal. Everyone was happy that the food was hot and fresh. They provided the sauces requested as well as serving utensils.
