Well the beginning was welcoming but not,The ending not so much . We were done eating and had paid I didn’t won’t anymore food especially not seafood to take home and reheat . The waitress says I just dropped y’all some more fish I was ok I will take maybe the boys will want it later 2 minutes later well they won’t let me give y’all anymore fish . I don’t won’t anymore you offer so I was waiting. But we won’t be back after spending $100 I don’t won’t nothing for free.

Neat little hole in the wall in the middle of nowhere.
Could definitely tell everyone knew everyone and I was the outsider, nonetheless – they were very kind and friendly and made me feel welcome.
Mom n Pop style diner that I absolutely love about small town America.
Surprisingly pricey for these genre of restaurant but I’d still go back.

Fried Okra is to die for!

Ok so the waitress was a kind, amazing, waitress. We got our drinks and the sweet tea is yummy,. But while we were waiting the cook in the back was on his phone, got caught and said he wasn’t. THEN started yelling at the waitress. It was akward. The food was amazing and server was kind and everything was OK, but the man in the back doesn’t need to be yelling at the kind lady. She is too sweet to be yelled at and treated badly.

Our burgers were from frozen patties. Service was as good as could be expected. We only saw one employee the whole time there. Very friendly young lady! She must have been cooking and serving tables because we were waiting a good while. Would visit again.

The food was cooked to perfection. We got the fish daily special. The catfish was crispy on the outside and moist and tender on the inside. The hush puppies were to die for, they are the owner’s special recipe. The fries and onion rings were perfectly done.
It’s a short way off the natchez trail, not too hard to find. The owner was very friendly and sweet. I wish we lived closer, I would eat here all the time!

They’re were 3 of us. Catfish, shrimp, fries, hush puppies, burger all were cooked past the point of recognition. Everything was hard as a rock.
The worst food we’ve had in a restaurant in years. Save your $20

The fish was really good, the little waitress did a great job, and the slaw ranks up there with the best ever!!
This is an “out of your way” place to go, but it’s well worth going “out of your way” to go eat there!!
So by all means, GO EAT THERE!!
