Cool place we found on our way to Nashville. KC Steakhouse and seafood. For a cocktail I ordered one of best Old Fashions I’ve had in a while. Finished it and a glass of water and waited for server to come ask if I needed another. She didn’t show up but another server noticed I needed a drink. Out fried mushrooms appetizer arrived which was very good. Then we had blackened chicken Parmesan for our entree. The chicken was very tasty but was a little dry. It went along with our servers personality. Service was not great she did come to check on us a couple times but always seemed rush. We rarely seen her but the other servers were on the ball. Loved the atmosphere they had album covers hanging on all the walls. I would visit again if happen to stop in Batesville MS.

Though the food was excellent and my server was awesome. And when the reservation were made by my husband’s boss he told them on the phone that our 1 year old will be joining the the little Christmas party and nothing was said we drove 5 hrs to come to this Christmas party for I’m guessing the bartender (the Asian looking girl) came to our table and told us children weren’t allowed which was fine then she proceeded to say the parents would have to leave because their are signs all over which is not posted anywhere from what I’ve seen not only did she want the parents to leave she indeed have a nasty attitude there are ways to say things and it should have been told before the reservation was made.

Wish I could share my experience on this restaurant but wasn’t even allowed to be seated. Drove about 45 minutes here because we had heard good things. Friends went in to get the table (I was outside with baby) Hostess went back to go check on a table for 4 and a baby, came back and asked how old baby was (6-months) and then said we reserve the right to refuse service to babies.
Which if that’s the policy fine, but just don’t allow any kids and make it very well known so people don’t drive 45 minutes there.

Great food, service and atmosphere.
We ate from the specials menu and everything was excellent. Deep fried crab claws, encrusted Mahi Mahi and chicken Milano. All done well and paired with good wine.

The food was good, but my Broiled Stuffed Flounder was swimming with too much butter, which made it a little soggy. The Wedge Salad, Onion Rings, Baked Potato, Crab Cakes, and Blackened Redfield were all excellent. The rolls were warm and delicious as well. Our waitress provided the best service I have had in some time. She was knowledgeable about the menu and was able to offer advice when picking between dishes. She was also very helpful when choosing a dessert to make sure we got one we liked. We chose the Pineapple Cake and it was delicious. A little heavy on the icing, but can’t really complain about that. Pricing was pretty reasonable for a steakhouse with good food. We will be going back here.

The good: great location and parking. The appetizers were the star of the show which includes sausage and cheese plate and fried cheese.
Room for improvement: staff aren’t the friendliest, long wait times for appetizers. Also dinner which was fish and shrimp were long as well and did not come out hot. Also seasoning for fish and shrimp was underwhelming. Not much flavor at all.

The redfish was very tasty and their diner salad had a good selection of tender selection of leafy greens. I actually had steam broccoli and dipped in blue cheese dressing. Wow it was a wonderful taste experience. Staff was very attentive. Atmosphere was relaxing but entertaining. I recommend this location for dining and bar selection seemed ample even though I did not indulge on this outing.

I loved the atmosphere! and the food was great and so was our waitress. I had the philly cheese po boy and it was very good. the fries though were some of the top fries I have ever had, they were cooked perfectly! I will be back!

Pleasant service staff, kinda cool environment, and the oysters were good. Now for the bad: My old fashioned showed up with a lemon wedge in it, sort of ruining the flavor I’m used to. The wife and I order steaks, and after a long while they show up way over done. We ordered medium RARE and was easily medium well, no pink in the middle. Hate being that guy, but it’s a $40 steak, and the wife’s the same so we wait for a few minutes to finally tell someone (not our server), that we want to send back. They were great about it, then another long while went by (been here about an hour at this point), the new round comes out barely better than the first. Seemingly un-seasoned and still over cooked, wife’s is a bit better but still not great. We don’t have enough time or energy to make another stink about it. Don’t see our server again, other staff helped us out for the rest of the visit. Overall not worth the money, by far. I regret not denying the second round and just asking for the check. I won’t be returning to this one, probably not the rest of the chain either.

The steak was tough and so over seasoned I couldn’t eat it. I basically had a salad and potato for my birthday. The crab claws were so fishy it was nasty! Save your money cause 125 bucks will get you a better steak somewhere else
