A place to visit if you are passing by this area, or if you are contemlating whether it’s worth a drive, let’s reveal the answer: Yes, yes, yes!! It is worth the drive.
Greece is by far serving the best seafood you can find, and here is a great example of one of these restaurants. You can find the simplicity of the fresh and high quality ingrients in their plates.
The amosphere also a factor that makes the place worth coming. Calm, silent restaurant warmed by the sea. Just to enjoy your flavourful meal, relax and recharge. The staff were friendly, yet the only mistake could be they informed us that the food we had ordered wasn’t there, so instead they brought another, which is not too professional.
Yet everything was fine and enjoyable. Need to inform you that the prices are slightly higher than in many places, but given the location and quality, we think it was appropriate. Service could/should be improved a bit on this side.

You can see that form locals you are eating with, it is not your typical Greek tavern near by the sea. It is more upscale and higher quality food and ingredients. They offer fresh oysters, fresh octopus and fresh calamar. (Also frozen options are available in the menu). And for that reason prices is also not your typical Greek tavern range. But overall we are very happy what we get. It was our last meal in Greece on the way to airport and it was worth it.

We had one of the most amazing meals we’ve had in all of Greece. This is what Greece was — and what it should have stayed like. Tasos and his 86-year-old mother have created and preserved one of the most special places in the country.

When you go to a fish tavern what are you looking for ? Fresh fish. And the fish was fresh indeed. Everything else was also tasty, salads, entries like taramosalata, fried squid, and the only dessert they have, ice cream with a kind of cherry jam, very tasty also by the way. It’s expensive, but the price quality ratio remains very correct. Very good service. Situated on the seaside.

The staff was friendly and the food was the best out of our entire trip (this time we were mainly in Nafplio and Corinth). We tried marinated anchovies, fried calamari, Greek salad, the fish (I think it was grouper), grilled squid. Everything was exceptional to the point where we made another reservation for the next day. Is it pricey? Absolutely. But it is worth it in my opinion.
PS: my 1-year old was munching down calamari and fish even though he HATES seafood

This place has all the recipes of a great time! It’s quiet,the view at the sea and the food and hospitality are the best! We had the catch of the day (Dentex)-grilled and ceviche-, greek salade and calamaris and were amazed with every bite – The best authentic greek you can find and sincere service!

A beautiful hidden gem, with funny&pleasant waitress. A delicios dinner with fresh fish, calamari and shrimps, accompanied with a rafinate olive oil with fresh bread and peeled tomatoes salads. An unforgettable softly sweet white wine and off course, the home made ice cream with cherry gem( house treat! ) . All under the peaceful view of the turquoise sea…A place which is a must to try 🙂

We got a recommendation of this place from the owner of our rbnb and it was indeed very good. I do have to say it’s very pricey and we were not expecting everything to cost so much. But considering the experience and the fact we’re on vacation it was very delicious.
