We sat in the drive through for 30 minutes just to have them tell us they didnt make our order, so more waiting. Not one single worker inside that building seemed like they knew what they were doing. It looked dirty as hell through the drive through window too. Then, to top it all off, after we FINALLY get our food, they give us the wrong damn sauce packets. I’d rather drive 10 miles south to a further McDonald’s than ever go here again. Oh yeah I almost fogot, almost none of our food had the monopoly stickers either, only 2 of our 7 items had them.

McDonald’s has an absolutely horrible issue with their attitudes towards their customers. They are dismissive, condescending, and non-contrite when they are incompetent in their services. In addition, a person shouldn’t have to yell to the back to try to merely get someone’s attention. In hospitality, leaving the front counter unattended is a cardinal sin. And don’t tell me what year it is, because the concept is valid regardless.
McDonald’s Corporate needs to revisit their mission statement and retool their entire system accordingly.
I do miss what they were doing in the Eighties. What they are doing these days is a down right insult to everyone from which they collect money! And I do not except the excuses.
You lost a great store manager when you let Robert go. He knew how to run the place with the best attitude and yet still affirmative. And with the same labor arrangement existing today.
Kudos to you Robert! You were way underappreciated!

A regular cheeseburger is $2, which would be fine with warm beef. When a cheeseburger was $.79 seemed like twice size beef and warm.

Very disappointed. The tables were dirty, the Big Mac was poorly made and falling apart, and all the hand sanitizers were empty. We expected the usual McDonald’s quality, but this visit was far below expectations.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Do not come to this location if you want fast service and good food, only come here if you hate your life. Did a mobile order and waited almost 30 minutes for a simple cheeseburger and fries to come out! I even had to ask for my food 3 separate times for it to finally get to me, plus another couple had been waiting there for about 25 mins with no food either, and she said they waited an hour just a few days ago!
The staff don’t care and will talk smack about customers as soon as they walk out the door.
Hygiene is a problem there as I saw a back line worker scratch their head while wearing a glove and immediately touched food right afterwards.
To top it off when I got my standard cheeseburger with no special requests all I had was an overdone bun, cheese and a patty. Wouldn’t even feed this to my dog if I had one.
Someone needs to look at this location ASAP and do something about the management/employees.

Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had – and that is saying a lot. Waited almost 30 minutes for my food. When it came out, the fries were rock hard and very cold. Nuggets were so hard my kids couldn’t bite through them. And my food was burnt – like literally black burnt. Spent $30 for a meal that was completely inedible.

The food at this location is always on point and they have the friendliest & most helpful staff I think I have ever run across. Can’t really argue about the atmosphere. It’s a McDonald’s you get that eating area design. But, this one is always neat, clean & well lit.

We went inside & ordered to go. The cashier’s name was Destiny. She was super friendly. Had a great attitude and was always smiling. She has a spark of joy. Very pleasant associate. I ordered a qtr pounder samich and it was cold. They put the chopped up onions on this samich, which totally changed the taste. Gross. They didn’t say they were substituting the onions. And it looked like someone took a bite out the beef. Fries were hot & fresh.
