No matter how much I give them time & try to come back, it’s worst than before. We were the only table. The bartender sat us & went back to conversing with an employee. She proceeded to go to the back talk, come back out and then make the employee a drink. Finally came back to us. Of course we had our entire order ready. We then waited another ten minutes before we even got drinks. Mine you one was a soft drink. The fact that it’s either here or Waffle House after 10 is so unfortunate. They can easily get more business if there was even a small sense of urgency, professionalism and decent customer service. At least the food is good. Where is management???

My daughter and I went and the first thing we were told was our server called out but they would find us another one. We should have left then! They found us a waitress so I asked for a salad, easy and I was starving. Thank God I got the salad, cause my daughter’s order was brought to our table. She finished eating and I was still waiting. The waitress Damagecame over and asked if everything was ok. I said well I’d like my order so then she went to get it! I ordered an 8oz steak when she brought it it looked like a 6 oz hockey puck! I had plastic silverware to eat with steak was way o Momentver cooked and tough. I just said take it off the bill, I can’t eat it. So she had to go to the manager it took way too long, but it was taken off the check! No apologies nothing more, will NEVER go back!!!! Oh yea 5 AMh people came in after us but they got their food!!!!

So to start this visit, it’s dark and not very welcoming in the restaurant. We sit down and order the 2 for 25. I pick the house salad and grilled chicken breast entree. The salad comes out with half of it brown and nasty. Had to pick it all out before I could eat it. Then they send out my entree and immediately the chicken looked off. Sure enough, I cut into it to find it’s STILL RAW! How do you send raw chicken out!? Will not be returning!

I’m so disappointed right now. All my food was burnt and cold. It was so nasty. I couldn’t even eat my food it was just that nasty. The fries was very old and hard. My shrimp was burnt and steak was very nasty. I will not be returning and I would advise everybody else to save their money. I have tasted better food at Burger King. Work hard for my money and pay for food that was bad quality. I see if one thing was wrong my whole order was nasty. I can tell they didn’t care my food was just put together.

I haven’t been to an Applebee’s since I left Florida. And I decided to go for lunch today.. Bad Decision The place was not packed, yet the service was very slow. The food was cold and disgusting. The waitress didn’t check on us at all, My friend had to call her over, after getting her attention, because she was sitting down and watching TV…. The iced tea was the best thing on the menu and that was served to us by the hostess which was a very nice young lady I did not get her name a nice melanin young lady with glasses that worked the lunch shift around 3pm-3:30pm today. I was served a Caesar salad with no dressing my chicken and broccoli Alfredo pasta was cold, and I didn’t get my bread stick, that was supposed to come with the pasta, the appetizer was not appetizing at all. It looked like it was thrown together. The server stated that they had new cooks back there, so I don’t know if that was the issue, but it was bad. Da’Meris, (idk if I spelled her name right) was I’ll server…… I did not want to give her a tip because she didn’t deserve a tip. I wanted to give it to the hostess, who was amazing! but my friend gave it to the server anyway I wish we could have had the hostess as our waitress, then probably my experience would have been a little better, just maybe

The food was great. Staff was excellent and friendly. This establishment was very clean and organized. My waitress was very informative about different selections. My daughter and I enjoyed our selves.

Wow, talk about completely dysfunctional. Was the only person sitting at the bar so service should be good, wrong! The bartender was busy with all the tables surrounding the bar so I was left unattended. Sat there for around a hour only was able to get one drink. Never got a menu or another drink. Finally got irritated and left after another customer sat at the bar and got no service either and walked out. Plus saw several people at tables sending there food back.

The worse service ever. I will never go there again. I suggest you try any other restaurant in this town. Everybody at the bar was quietly complaining about the service. The time before this when I went there it was the same thing. Both times they were out of all draft beer. What is that all about.
I have been to Applebee’s all over the country. This is by far one of the worst restaurants for service I have ever been to. That includes all chains.

Ordered from doordash . Food was ice cold . Doordash offered me a 6.00 refund on a 57.00 bill . Food spoils after it drops temperature. And how long was it below temperature? Who knows . But doordash don’t care .it’s not what I paid for and I’m insulted by the 6.00 offer. Plus it’s a credit . Not even money back into my account. It was taking a long time , so I call the driver . Driver said was waiting on several orders .
