Katie’s Cafe and Bakery is open for lunch 7 days a week! We also serve dinner from 4-8 on Tuesday-Saturday, and we offer a brunch option on Saturday and Sunday. At Katie’s, we have a wide range of desserts that are made in-house daily, and change frequently. We also do custom cakes, cookies, and catering, and our building can be used for events after our regular business hours. Katie’s also serves beer, wine, and cocktails!

Stopped here after a weekend of camping. Their food was so delicious!! I got the chicken and waffles. Let me tell you, that chicken was MOUTH WATERING!! It had the perfect crunch. That spicy apricot jam that put on top was magnificent. I grabbed some sweet treats to take home. MY GOD. EVERY SWEET TREAT IS A PIECE OF HEAVEN. Never in my life have I had a brownie or dream bar as good as these. And that crème brûlée donut?! Holy cow!! What an amazing place to stumble upon after camping. I cannot wait to come back again and try more delicious things off of the menu.

Cute, clean, a little pricey, but the food quality is great. Only complaint is that their London Fog, while it tasted good, had loose lavender floating in it, so you get a mouthful every time you take a sip.

This is cute little place we stopped in for some sweet treats . Very unique little place , cute outdoor patio & small dining area. Very clean and busy. The line fess a little long , but gave ya time to read the wide variety of options in the menu. They have a sandwich served on a brick, literally a brick. Wide variety of coffee,beer and wine . Very cool. Be sure to see the pictures of the menu, you will be surprised. Staff was friendly. They have a very small area with souvenirs and local vendors. We will definitely stop back in when in the area for a meal.

The young lady that helped us at the counter was very nice as our first time. We ordered the half of a chicken sandwich and the Katie’s salad. The chicken salad was a bit of a disappointment because there wasn’t much on the sandwich and it was very chopped up and dry. The salad was very good except for the hard pieces of bacon and the pecans had some of the shell chips in it. The service was a little lacking because no one ever checked on us. No one asked if we needed a refill of water when we ran out of water.

I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while. Every time I see their food posted online, it makes me drool everything looks so delicious. Finally made it in for brunch and everything IS delicious!! The pimento cheese is absolutely phenomenal and the cinnamon roll…. So soft and gooey… and bigger my than my head. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Wonderful place!!

This location has a different type of lunch menu – not your usual, which is refreshing. The flavor burst of these varied choices is refreshing and fun. For example, goat cheese balls with lavender honey. Wow.
The cookies are huge! Also very decadent and delicious – these bakers put in effort for quality food.
The shop itself is charming, with an outdoor section with herbs planted at the edges of the patio.
Wonderful, kind staff. Very attentive.

We were on our way to Houston from Shreveport and we found this gem. Stopped in and had a Greek and Cobb salad. Both fresh and delicious. Tried the seasonal tea blackberry lime aid which was tart and delicious. Also had to try a cookie since it’s a bakery as well. Equally as delicious. Take a break and come enjoy the atmosphere and the food.

So…. I wrote a review earlier that was not bad but it wasn’t amazing either. This is one of my fav places and my hubby knows to bring me here when he wants to make me happy. Today we came and weren’t super satisfied with out greeting or that they didn’t have croissants for my fav sandwich. I sat in the patio, gritted my teeth, sipped my mimosa and wrote a review. A few seconds later later our server came up and asked how I liked my sandwich. I told her I didn’t really enjoy it because it’s better with the croissant. She laughed and said she was so sorry and she preferred it another way. She apologized and said she wished she had some. I told her don’t worry cause I’ll still be back lol. A few moments later another young lady came to the table with a to go box and said here’s your to go sandwich! I was so confused… I didn’t order a to go sandwich. The other lady went and made a fresh croissant turkey sandwich for me. I felt 2 inches tall. I thanked them up and down, erased my crappy review and rewrote this one. I lost faith in my fav spit for a moment and instantly regained it! Thank y’all for making me so happy just because! Customer forever!
