I have been to The Cheesecake Factory with my family a few times and we usually have a great experience. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They make you feel comfortable and are always willing to help.
The food is beautifully presented and full of flavor. Everything we ordered tasted good, and the menu has so many options to choose from. The cheesecake selection is definitely a highlight.
There were a couple of times when my food was not as hot as I expected. I know the restaurant can be very busy, so I completely understand, but I would love for my pasta to be a little hotter next time.
Overall, the restaurant is clean, organized, and has a nice atmosphere. It is a great place to enjoy a meal with family or friends, and I would still recommend it.

One of our all time favorite place to go for dinner on special days. Our family always like to visit this place, they have a lot of choices from asia, american, mexican, italian and to be honest they all are good and I must say they have great chefs in every department.

I loved their food. Avacado egg roll was awesome. Crap mushroom dip was perfect. Still a lot for 2 people. Bill is 74$. Price and performance is in Everest. Must eat here.

Overall, I had a good experience at The Cheesecake Factory. The service was excellent and most of the food I ordered was enjoyable.
However, the Chicken & Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo was very disappointing, especially considering it cost $35. The dish had only 3 shrimp, and the pasta was hard and chewy, almost like it had been taken out of a freezer and reheated. It genuinely felt like leftover pasta rather than freshly prepared.
There was barely any Alfredo sauce just plain pasta with some butter. The grilled chicken pieces were okay, but the pasta itself completely missed the mark.
Everything else was good, but this particular dish needs serious improvement for the price. Pretty disappointed with the dish.

First timer. Food was decent, waitress was attentive, overall was a good experience.
Ordered pepperoni pizza (kids menu), fried calamari, and southern fried chicken. Pizza was typical. Calamari had good breading and was flavorful. Southern fried chicken was more made into meatball style I thought steak style but might’ve missed that description It was bland but the side of hot sauce and honey butter made up for it. Mash potatoes wasn’t anything special. Butter corn was decent.
With their extensive menu, I’d give it another try!

Everything about our first trip to the Cheesecake Factory was top notch. The atmosphere was elegant, our waiter was great and the cheesecake was some of the best we’ve ever had. My 4 cheese pasta was good, but not great, my wife got a certain type chicken that was delicious.

Ugh this was so good! I’d been to a Cheesecake Factory once before a long time ago but didn’t remember much. Decided to go because it seemed like a fun thing to do on a Friday evening. I’m not usually one to go to chain restaurants unless it’s Applebees and dirt cheap, but I truly was impressive with Cheesecake Factory. My pasta was a huge portion that I was able to make 2 large meals out of and it tasted great the next day as well. Also correct me if I’m work but I believe Cheesecake Factory is a scratch kitchen which is INSANE considering how big their menu is.
Our server was amazing and I wish I could remember her name to shout her out. She came just the right amount of times and delivered excellent service (we were there on Friday Jan 16th at 8pm seated near the bar if that helps).
We got cheesecake to go and enjoyed it the following day and it was DELICIOUS . I am already planning my next trip back!

Not sure what to say you don’t already know. Great food made mostly from scratch. HUGE portions. Amazing desserts. It was a busy Friday night with a long wait but we got right in to a hightop right away. The waitress cleared a table for us immediately. Excellent as always.

This place has not disappointed me in terms of the food and drink selections (there’s a lot of choices for vegetarians and gluten free folks plus a full bar!). They have a full menu of low calorie options collected in a separate menu.
Make sure you leave room for their great selection of cheesecakes and by the way, an awesome Gluten Free option is the Godiva Chocolate Cheesecake… yumm! They have an Oreo milkshake too!
There are long waits during weekends but it’s also by the mall so you can window shop while waiting.
If you have kids, they even decorate the desert plate with a happy birthday written in chocolate sauce! It has been our tradition to celebrate our kids’ birthdays here and now they’re young adults so they can even drink with us!
Again, an awesome place and attached to the Southdale Mall.

Ignorance is bliss when it comes to the calories ngl! Service was good and the prices somewhat fair. Not cheap at all but the lunch menu is totally worth it! It is normal European portions and for almost half the price of the “normal portion”
