I have been to tons of different chick fila locations and the food is always amazing but usually the customer service is equal in quality. I have been to this location twice and both times I waited an egregious out of time in the drive through line. The employees do not say “my pleasure” after finally giving you your order and are also generally miserable. I hope this level of service remains specific to this location and does not become the new franchise standard.

There is absolutely no point in ordering online since they don’t start making the order until you get there. The drive thru was faster at the time I picked up. And don’t park in the lot around the building. The asinine way they have the drive thru set up you get stuck in that traffic.

I’ve always had a good experience with the food and customer service at this Chick-fil-A. The lines can be a little long at times. The local manager in charge of giving coupons to app users is usually pretty generous in giving them out.

The drive thru and parking to eat inside is so confusing. The food was delicious and the service was good. Took my toddler to the ladies’ room where a female manager was washing her hands and completely ignoring the puddle on the floor. Alot of places are judge solely off their restrooms and it was very poor.
